Stayed Jul 10, 2024We’ve stayed at Ariel Dunes II before in other units - it is ideally located to amenities and has easy access to the beach w/ beautiful views. This host had excellent communication about check in. The unit is near the elevator for easy in and out. However, you hear the elevators clanging all night long. The unit itself is not comfortable. The pull-out couch is broken and the cushions on the couch and matching chair are so filthy and broken down, there is nowhere to sit or relax. The balcony has a miss-matched set of bar height chairs and low dining table, so you cannot eat, recline or relax on the balcony. The appliances are old and squeak, rattle and clank; ice machine can barely keep up. The bedroom is tiny and has mismatched broken furniture. The cleaning crew is doing the bare minimum as the floors were sandy and filthy the moment we arrived. This unit is rated for 6; we were uncomfortable with 3 and one of those was a 6 year old.
