Beautiful Gulf View 2BR/2BA Condo with Beach Setup and Great Pool

We stayed at this wonderful condo in Fort Walton Beach from July 2nd to July 7th and couldn’t have been more pleased! The unit was clean, cozy, and truly inviting. The owner has thought of everything—from local restaurant recommendations to fresh linens and a fully stocked kitchen, which made our stay feel just like home.The complex itself was quiet and well-maintained. The condo is conveniently located near the pool and just a short walk to the beach, with beautiful views of the water right from the unit.One of the standout aspects was how responsive and accommodating the owner was. They were able to adjust our reservation last minute so we could arrive earlier than originally planned, which we really appreciated.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Property was as advertised. Some construction, but we were given advanced info w/option of full refund. One minor parking problem but rectified. Condo was well furnished, view was awesome, convient to pool and beach. Looking forward to staying next year!

I was so happy to be able to rent from an owner/user directly rather than a company. I think the attention to the home's amenities and cleanliness showed through as well as the communication from the owner. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The building was quiet and with the window/doorwall open, we could see and hear the waves - so relaxing! Being on the 4th floor, we did not have to wait for the elevator and mostly took the stairs anyway, which was not a problem. A cart was available to loud our things in as well as for our groceries. The beach was beautiful and having the chair/umbrella service was so nice! The walk to the beach is so short we didn't even need to bring much with us. We went during spring break but the beach was not crowded at all and was mostly families. We would definitely recommend this place and are hoping to come back! Thank you!!

We loved it! The overall atmosphere is beach cottage cozy and relaxing. There's easy access per floor to parking, elevator, laundry, and trash. The building is smaller so we never had to wait for elevator, etc. The pool was never crowded. There's close access to beach and having reserved beach chairs and umbrella made it easy. The room ocean views are beautiful. They have so many conveniences prestocked for you. The beds were comfy including pull out sofa. We'd definitely stay here again! And Fort Walton Beach traffic and restaurants were much easier to maneuver than neighboring areas.

The condo was clean, and the location was absolutely perfect. It was perfect little stay for a family of six. Had a great time. Definitely will be back to this location! The accuracy and the list of the condo point.

Lynne and Denny were very helpful. They always responded to my questions right away. Their home away from home is fully equipped with everything you need and very beautifully decorated. Great ocean views. We really enjoyed the beach service they provided. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

We had a great time at Emerald Isle. The condo was as described, very beautiful, beach is a short walk. Beach service is a huge plus!! We would recommend, we also would stay again!!

The condo was gorgeous. It had everything we needed. It had a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and from the master bedroom. It was really nice having the beach service and the extra chairs to take down with us. We had a really great time and would definitely stay here again!

Hi - first of all we had a wonderful time during our stay at your condo in Ft. Walton. However, there are a couple of things I would like to address: We were disappointed that the condo was not beach front- there is a parking lot between the condo and beach. Secondly, there is no ramp to carry beach items. We had a rolling wagon and had to carry it up and down steps to & from the beach. Thirdly, it was very hot in the night while we tried to sleep. The thermostat was automatically turned off after 10 or so. Just a little disappointed in these things, but your place is very nice and we had a great time. Thanks
