Beautiful Gulf Front Condo! Summit 627

The pictures are beautiful on line, and the unit looks beautiful; but obviously needs some TLC. My guess is just an older condo that has tried to have a facelift, but just shows some wear. We made it work. Would stay again for a quick trip with a small group.

Check in and communication were great! The Summit was extremely family friendly and the pool area was fabulous. The only issue I found with the unit was it was a little dingy. The floors weren’t clean, there were stains on the furniture, and there was paint chipping everywhere. After a good deep clean and wipe this would be an amazing unit to vacation in.

Nice all around, had issues with the internet. Could connect to the wifi, but the router kept dropping connection. The multiple pools were nice and kept things less crowded.

Wonderful beautiful condo. The 6th floor is perfect for the view. Located near elevator is a plus also. Kenny responded quickly when I reached out. Definitely recommend this unit!!

The condo is older but was very nice and we would stay again.

Walked into a sewer! Contact person said wasn’t much he could do other than get property folks out there. So I just went and got my own air freshener to make it bare able. The bedroom has a tv from 2015 with Roku that does not work and no batteries in the 5 remotes in bedroom. So I had to watch my phone every night. No pans to cook breakfast in. So I went to Walmart and purchased my own. The room was just a place to sleep really. The pool area and beach was nice. The best thing about this place was bikini bobs!!!!! I will not be staying at the summit again. The wharf blows this place out the water!!!!!

We love the Summit. Everything you could need is on site and very family friendly.

Perfect place for a girls weekend getaway. Beautiful views, right on water, clean and a very safe property with friendly staff. Kitchen supplies a little scarce but we made do to cook several meals in condo.

It is a great place to stay with lots to do and great access to the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo 627 was in a good location, the rental was clean, had a few minor things that might need a look at but overall it was perfect. The towel hanger in the shower does need to be looked at as it was a little loose . Other than that condo was furnished with everything we needed. Enjoyed the stay. Kenny was very attentive to our Requests and was very helpful. Would stay again .

The condo was nice, our complaint was the bathroom ceiling needs cleaned and painted, Mold on the ceiling. Rest of condo was clean. Will rent again. We love the location.

Had an amazing couple of days at PCB. Condo was clean and roomy. Would definitely recommend this place and this unit. Pools were great as was access to the beach. Friendly staff.

A 3 for cleanliness but in all fairness I did not contact my cleaner to fix any issues. Yes we were at the beach, but... There was sand everywhere. Piles of it on the balcony. The dryer had wet towels and rugs in it when we arrived. I rewashed those. The floors were sticky. Sheets had some wear and stains. The sofa bed had a large brown stain on the mattress cover. I washed that myself. I am sure the cleaner was on a time crunch because The Summit was packed so I DID NOT contact them otherwise I'm sure it would have been handled accordingly. The staff are lovely. Very friendly. Pricing on our stay was appropriate.

It was an awesome experience. Property was excellent. There was a leak under the sink. Not sure if it was from left sink or from the garbage disposal. We wiped up the water n took everything out from under the sink for it to dry.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was just like the pictures and everything was functioning in the room. The only problem we noticed was that some of the areas in the condo could benefit from a deep clean. I understand with high turnover and people checking in/out everyday it’s not easy to do a deep clean every time, but there were a few areas we thought needed attention. I chose to rewash the towels before using them due to them having a smell. We loved that the building has security at the entrance from the road and at the entrance from the beach. The pools were great. Both pools were clean and there are plenty of chairs around the pool as well. We did come before busy season started so I can’t fully vouch for crowds but it was perfect while we were there! We would definitely stay here again and were sad to leave when checkout day came! Kenny was a great host and quick to respond to my emails and calls!
