Beautiful gulf front condo, great early reservation discounts

The stay was good. Although a few things need to be fixed. The sliding glass door makes a loud whistle when it's windy, the only way to make it stop is to put a towel at the bottom to cover it, the beds headboard is loose and every time we turned over it makes a lot of noise. There are big brown stains on the white curtain that covers the glass door, not very appealing. There was absolutely nothing to use to clean the counter tops. I like to clean up after I'm done doing things. I bought some dish soap so I could do the few dishes that we would have so I didn't need to use the dishwasher if not needed and used it to wash off the counter tops. I left that there for the next guests in case they ran into the same issue. The host was great about getting back to me on things before our stay. The condo is cute just needs to have a few things looked at.

Awesome beach view. Clean room. Easy access to beach.

This property was less than what I expected, probably the smallest balcony of any property my wife and ever stayed at. Some of the cooking sheets still had old food on it. The master bathroom toilet was loose and would tilt when you sat down. Looks like it had not been dusted in a while. Will not book again.

It is a beautiful resort, and our condo was clean and spacious. We were very pleased.

The condo had everything we needed and the balcony with an ocean view is the BEST, but the condo could be maintained better - a dining chair was broken with a note, the freezer door handle was loose/broken, and one of the barstools chairs was broken. I did not bring this up to the owner, as we really didn’t expect them to be fixed while we were there and it didn’t affect our stay very much. The furniture was outdated and uncomfortable, but again we didn’t use it very much as we were out a bunch. But it is the little details that go a long way. The owner communicated very well and included a very detailed rundown of the property. The cleaning crew knocked on our door at 9:40 to see if we were still there, took us by surprise.

I felt the staff friendy and accommodating. The room and entire condo was very clean.We enjoyed our stay.

The property was perfect! Clean, comfortable, awesome beach frint view! Loved having access to 2 pools and 2 hot tubs along with beach access. A sweet beach store and ice cream shop was just right behind the property too which was awesome! Very quick respfrom the properrty owner as well. Westher was top notch and our stay was great!

This condo was exactly what we wanted and it made our stay perfect. Only thing I would suggest is maybe a can opener LOL! Truly, we will be back though! The condo was very clean, the view was beyond perfect and all appliances worked as needed. We ended up not being able to take home the beach toys we bought, so we decided to leave them for other families or the owners family to use. Thank you again for the most memorable, perfect first trip to PCB, FL for my little family! See you next time!

The unit is in need of updating.

This was a wonderful place for our family of 4. The space is huge, the view is amazing, the beach here is so beautiful! Thank you! We’d stay again!

Location was good but the condo was not clean at all.

Nice location. Beautiful views. Loved watching the multiple pods of dolphins swim by several times a day. Communication with host was great. The place could use a good cleaning and some updates otherwise, not bad. Could not open oven all the way due to refrigerator in the way. the way. Wind howled te way.

It was a great stay. Beautiful view from the balcony.Saw dolphins every morning. Plenty of area for sleep. Pull out couch could be a bit more comfortable. 2 beach chairs included during the stay was a great perk. Easy access to the parking garage. Need more chairs at the pool but overall would definitely stay in this condo and resort again.friendly staff and clean resort.

Great location and nice condo. The only thing wrong was the condo had not been cleaned when I got there but they were very prompt to come clean it. Everything was great!

The resort is nice and in a great location. The complimentary beach chairs were nice. The room itself needs updating. The furniture is stained and needs replaced or deep cleaned. Could not find a can opener so bring your own if you will be needing one. The room did not appear to have been cleaned in a while. White ceiling fan was black with dust. Sliding glass door was dirty and the floor had not been swept or mopped. .

Overall the stay wasn’t bad but the queen pull out couch was very old and dirty, there weren’t many kitchen cooking supplies for cooking in the condo so that wasn’t helpful. The top bunk had fake eyelashes under the sheet when you pulled back the cover. Definitely needs updating but the location of the condo was perfect we had a good week!

Wasn't pleased with several things at the condo. Living room TV was a real pain, was a smart tv but evidently one of the first made. App we wanted wasn't available. Took our Roku because condo's cable are usually lacking. Roku wouldn't work on the TV, HDMI port was bad. I know most don't go to the beach to watch TV but Saturday most of the day was storming. Couldn't open the oven because it hit the fridge. We only cook breakfast in condo, it was dangerous trying to use the oven. Chaise loungers were provided with condo, but evidently the beach service doesn't want to deal with you unless you are paying. I would have tipped him but he was extremely rude. Fortunately, with rain didn't have deal with him on Saturday. Lastly, since check out is at 10:00 housekeeping shouldn't be banging on the door at 9:00.
