This condo is well-located and has easy access to Hwy 1, various stores, the Molson plant and the town. The beds are comfy and there is a huge walk in closet in the master suite for luggage and clothing. The kitchen is reasonably equipped for basic cooking. The condo complex is on a busy street, but this unit is at the back facing a stream and field. It is very quiet and there is a lovely mountain view. Rob is a very responsive host which we greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again if back in Chilliwack.
Very pleased with my overall experience. Clean, comfortable and well maintained. Friendly service.
Our host had a local contact, Dianne, that was very welcoming! Although there is a lovely view of a protected riparian area and a farmer's field out back, the building is a little run down. There was a security guard out front who warned us about locking up and parties. There was loud banging every night upstairs which the security person had told us about, but never seemed to change. The kitchen was well-outfitted and everything else was pretty clean. The parking is a bit of a hassle with having to find the property manager to obtain a pass during weekday hours. Not too many places to run or walk nearby. More information on local groceries, things to do that aren't a huge drive would be great. Rob tried his best with finding us a fan, etc. but he is in Vancouver so that's challenging too. Rob and Dianne are both super people though, so again thanks to their efforts.
Nice view from the windows. Good quiet location, next to Hortons.
