POOL CLOSURE - The swimming pool is closed for temporary repairs at this time. Pool is scheduled to reopen in spring 2026 mid-March unless there are weather delays.
Pool will close again November 1, 2026 for permanent repair and will remain closed for approximately 16 weeks which will be approximately through the end of February 2027.

This 2 bedroom fully renovated gulf front condo 203C is perfectly positioned in a serene low-rise complex with over 600 feet of deeded beach! The breathtaking backdrop of the Gulf of Mexico is echoed throughout with coastal color choices. The stunning kitchen open-concept, with wine chiller and equipped with sleek quartz countertops, exudes elegance.
The primary bedroom offers panoramic views while the en-suite makes the most of the space with frameless glass shower. The guest bedroom with attached bath layout allows for privacy for everyone.
Step outside to the deep balcony, where you can unwind and soak in the sun, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening sunset.
Go down the elevator, walk out the door, & you are practically on the beach. Beach House is a relatively small low-rise complex. Located ideally on Scenic Gulf Drive a short distance from Silver Sands outlet mall, many fine & fun restaurants, plus Winn-Dixie & CVS. Amenities include: a pool, community room, fitness room, laundry, and tennis.

No smoking allowed on balconies

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Property rules state: No open flame grilling allowed on balconies. No Golf carts, RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a Golf cart, trailer or RV
