Beautiful Fully Renovated Condo

Loved our stay here and would definitely come back. The condo itself was very comfortable and in a great location. The living room right off the balcony is beautifully decorated. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the resort property as well. I saw them out every morning cleaning the pools and the hot tubs and getting them ready for the day. There are convenient restrooms right beside the pools that were also consistently being cleaned throughout the day. Loved the onsite restaurant as well. The only thing that could make this condo better is including beach chair setup. However, I did know that wasn’t included before our trip, I was expecting it to be more affordable to rent them once I got there though. It was not. 500 for the week is the quote we got. Not a deal breaker for this condo though, it is very nice. Excellent balcony view!

LOVED this room! We've stayed at Edgewater many times, this was hands down our best room yet! Beautiful ocean view, check in was ready and simple, communication with host was great, and MOST IMPORTANT TO US - the room was SO CLEAN! And super loved being close to the elevator!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This room was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed with it. The decor was beautiful and felt like home. Just what we needed for our family and the amenities at Edgewater was very nice. I wish I would have noticed that both bedrooms were along the entry wall and not the ocean side of the building just because of noise. The only negative could be considered objective - we like softer beds and both beds felts harder than a brick. Very uncomfortable and the second bedroom’s bed squeaked - however after an exhausting day at the beach sleep is sleep. One of the elevators were down our entire stay and at one point the only working elevator was also down and we had to climb stairs with all of our beach stuff the 6 flights. This is not the room owners fault - just pointing out that it was an issue. But from a housekeepers info there were 10 buildings between different resorts all waiting on the same back ordered part. Overall I would recommend this room and resort. I would maybe just be prepared for extra firm mattresses!

The condo itself was great but not a fan of Edgewater. The resort claims a huge section of beach, making everyone who brings their own beach gear to set up on a small section. The condo does not have a reservation for the edgewater’s umbrella/chair sections, so you have to bring your own. People start putting their gear on the beach as early as 5:30am. If you’re not down there by 6:30am, you’ll be about 4 rows back off the beach. The front door to the condo is heavy and slams shut if you’re not holding it, which is a huge hazard for young kids. Security at the resort is a joke. Teenagers kept jumping off water fixtures into the pools and were constantly running up and down the hallways, screaming and cussing. Inside of the condo was very clean and the views were amazing. I’d stay again if it wasn’t for the resort. I’ll definitely never stay at an Edgewater property again.

We visited this beautiful condo for Easter break. The condo provided an excellent home base for our family of 6. After amazing days of activity at the resort pools, tennis/pickleball courts, beach, fishing, and local eateries, we all had space to relax and recharge in comfort. We would definitely return!

The unit was beautiful in a wonderful location! It is decorated beautifully and very comfortable! We will definitely be back and recommend to anyone looking for a visit!!

This condo was even better than the listing described. Would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone. If there was a complaint it's that we needed a bigger skillet to feed everyone when cooking but we managed. Couldn't ask for a better place and we have been going to PCB for 11 years now. The property and condo was very clean. The condo location adjacent to where everything was at the beach was close and convenient.

This place is so thoughtfully decorated and clean. We had the best time. Owners/managers are responsive. We definitely want to visit again.

Did not want to leave. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our only complaint is the shower heads. There was hardly any water pressure and the water stream was tiny so it took forever to fry and get clean. Especially for my daughter who is 5 but has waist length hair. Definitely need better shower heads! Everything else was amazing!

We have stayed at edge water many times and this unit by far was the most updated and very homey. Will stay again for sure

The view from the condo was amazing ! The nicest place we’ve stayed in PCB! Very clean and beautifully decorated! We didn’t want to leave and will definitely want to stay there again!
