Stayed Jul 19, 2025Great location short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We loved the view of the bay at one point we got to watch them remove pillars which the kids thought was neat. Loved sitting out on the balcony and so did our dog. The only downside for us was there was no elevator ( I don't remember seeing it in the listing if there was or wasn't one) it wasn't a huge deal but our dog is 16 and can't do stairs well so we had to carry him again no big deal just beware there is no elevator. If we come back to OC we most likely would book here again.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025A comfortable multi-bedroom rental right on the bay. There was a constant warm breeze during our stay, and we loved spending time watching the boats from the generously sized balcony. We enjoyed all that OC has to offer - from parasailing, the beach and boardwalk, fresh crab at Hoopers, to cocktails and live music at Coconuts. Nancy was one of the best hosts we’ve had and reached out to ensure we had everything we needed prior to, during, and after our trip. She even gave us some pointers on where best to catch the fireworks on the beach. An overall excellent experience at this property!
