Beautiful East Vail Condo w/ Vail Village Ski Lockers/Free WiFi/Near Ski Shuttle

The ski locker is your reason to rent this condo! It’s very close to the Vail transportation center where the bus drops you off and not too far from gondola 1. It’s only accessible to those with lockers, warm, has bathrooms and has plenty of space to store stuff. There’s even door hung organizers inside each locker to store small things. The condo itself was good. Note that the bunk bed ladder is not attached and the top bunk rail is only 1-2 inches above the mattress. This was fine for my chill middle schoolers but I wouldn’t put little ones or rambunctious kids in there. The vacasa staff was quick to respond to my messages, though I fear they did not communicate well amongst themselves as I had some managers contact me and not seem to know what or why I had messaged with another manager about. As for cleaning 90% of the condo looked very clean. Vacasa offered us compensation for dealing with the other 10% which I thought was generous of them (though I have not seen that credit come through yet). The one drawback was out of vacasa’s control and that was some rude neighbors. Finally if you’re traveling with kids who like to sled, there’s a great sledding hill you can watch from the window, but take your own sleds

Shuttle is a short walk. Unit is on 2nd floor, walk up.

Very comfortable with great space if you've got mutiple folks in your party, the queen bunk bed is a great use of space and accomodation for kids and couples alike. Super convenient to the Vail village bus route. Short walk to the stop and it's one of the first stops on the bus so there's always a seat available when you get on.

The condo is older, but has mostly what you need. We had some minor inconveniences and the people in charge don’t respond. I ended up just buying a blow dryer and renting a locker because we couldn’t get any useful information on our own.

The property itself was nice, adequate but somewhat dated. The wand to adjust the blinds in the first bedroom did not work There are problems with the company Vascasa. It advertised a bus stop at the front of the property; while true it did not say it was at the bottom of a long hill. Carrying skis on snow covered hill not good. We were not allowed to get early check in and had to pay, again, to get late check in. The advertised price of the unit on VRBO was almost DOUBLED by Vacasa fees ! There is a ski locker in Vail, but we NEVER got the correct code for the entry door from Vacasa despite mutliple texts and phone calls

Great location with easy bus access to vail. The ski locker made the bus travels and walking so much easier! Kitchen well equipped although would have loved to have a crock pot.

The condo had good usable space and was located in a quiet area close to Vail. It was clean, but could use some updating. When we arrived one of the bedrooms had a window that had been cranked open too far and the hardware was broken and the window could not be cranked shut. The TV in the family room could not be turned on with the remote - you had to plug in an HDMI cable which then turned on the TV and provided cable service. The volume was stuck at a very high level and could not be adjusted - making the TV pretty much unusable. I contacted the property management company and they said they would send the local maintenance to address the problems. The local maintenance never showed up or contacted us - so problems were never addressed during our stay.

We would definitely stay here again. Kitchen had everything we needed, and one person in our party is an executive chef! Comfortable beds, huge couch for all 6 of us, nice views and a great pool. Mountain condos in summer can get hot, but this one had great air circulation with all the windows open and always stayed cool.

Nice condo and convenient to the Vail Village. Unit could use some TLC. Shower showed signs of mold on the ceiling in both bath rooms. The main living areas have not blinds for privacy. Main bath room toilet tissue holder broken
