Beautiful downtown retreat, walk everywhere!

In the heart of Newport, and one block away from restaurants and shops. Great furnishings and amenities. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed our time in Newport.

I loved everything about this place! Kathy was great, the location is amazing, the place was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, everything you could possibly need was provided! Can’t wait to return to this perfect place in Newport!!

Such a lovely little spot! Incredible location and walking distance to pretty much anywhere you'd want to eat and shop. The host had a very informational binder with a basket of snacks and water for when we checked in which was such a nice touch. We had a couple questions during our stay and Kathy was always incrediby responsive. We will definitely be back to Newport and would love to stay again!

We loved the apartment - very quaint and well decorated. It was in the middle of everything. We walked to many restaurants and shopping. The host provided a basket of snacks which was unexpected and awesome. I would stay here again!

We loved everything about our rental. Ease of check in, apartment was bright, roomy and comfortable for four adults. We especially loved the location. We parked the car (thanks for the parking permit!) and never moved it all weekend. Location was truly walkable to EVERYTHING! There were a number of steps to enter the upstairs apartment but that was not a problem for our group. Definitely would recommend this rental again!

We were coming to town for a wedding and wanted to stay near the shops and restaurants. Communication with Kathy was easy and accurate. We arrived late and the instructions to enter the property were perfect. Location is tremendous and the unit is as described and wonderfully clean.

You couldn’t ask for a more convenient location. Parking is on-street with a permit supplied by the rental unit. Window A/C units. Old historic building and freshly renovated unit. Comfortable space with the expected amenities. VRBO didn’t provide check in details but we resolved it.

The apartment was in a great location and very clean and spacious. I think they need to be more direct about the fact that they have a pass for street parking as opposed to a parking spot. The host was very helpful with clarifying the check in process because I did not get information from VRBO.
