(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

What a beautiful two bedroom apartment. What more could we ask for? Brand new build, clean, roomy, classy with ALL the amenities! We wanted something for the weekend near St. Phillips Plaza. Literally 3 minutes away. We would rent again.
THE CONDO WAS BRAND NEW AND WE WERE THE 1ST TO STAY THERE, HOWEVER, IT WAS NOT READY FOR GUESTS UPON CHECK-IN. GETTING IN TOUCH W/ PROPERTY MGMT/VACASA WAS ALWAYS A 45MIN CALL, ON HOLD ETC...THE LOCAL TEAM WAS GREAT, BUT CALLING VACASA CORP WAS OUT OF THE COUNTRY ( OR AT LEAST THE REPS WERE) AND THE HLD TIME & INCONSISTANCY OF WHAT YOU WERE TOLD WAS FRUSTRATING. THERE WERE ITEMS MISSING & BASIC NECESSITIES THAT WERE NOT INSTALLED YET. NO SHOWER LINER, NO TRASH CANS, NO COFFEE FILTERS, NO LIGHTBULBS, NO EXTENSION CORDS SO YOU COULD PLUG IN LIGHTS IN BDRM, NO POOL KEY, THE LIST GOES ON. CONSTRUCTION TEAM LEFT LARGE SCREWS IN LVN RM CARPET, ELECTRICAL EQUIPTMENT IN KITCHEN DRAWERS. TOILET IN MASTER BATH WAS NOT CONNECTED CORRECTLY & SINK DRIPPED ( WE HAD TO HAVE MAINTENIENCE COME 2X TO FIX) AT THE END OF THE STAY, I WAS OFFERED A LATE CHECK OUT FOR $20, BUT UPON ASKING FOR THIS, I WAS TOLD IT WAS NOT AVAIALBLE BY 4 REPS, HOWEVER, WHEN I EMAILED THEM, THEY SAID YES TO THE LATE CHECK OUT & NO ONE KNEW WHAT THE OTHER WAS SAYING OR APPROVING.. I WAS THEN CHARGED $60 INSTEAD AND I'M STILL FIGHTING TO GET IT REFUNDED, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE IT IN WRITTING.( 7 EMAILS LATER..) IF I OWNED A PROPERTY FOR RENT, VACASA I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THEM FOR MGMT. THE PLACE WAS NICE AND LOCATED IN A GREAT AREA, BUT THE PROPERTY MGMT RUINED IT FOR US. WE WILL NOT BE STAYING AT A VACASA PROPERTY AGAIN.
