Whip up a home cookedmeal in the spacious and well-appointed kitchen, with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and built in wine storage. The home features beautiful hardwood flooring and custom upgrades including a gas fireplace with stone surround, and you can even bring Fido along! Enjoy the convenience of private laundry with a washer and dryer, and a private 2-car garage. On the top level of this townhouse, the open loft features a sofa bed, home office work space and flatscreen TV. On the next mid-level down the primary master suite is located boasts a King bed, private balcony with seating, vaulted ceilings, spacious interior with additional seating area, flatscreen large Smart TV and private bathroom complete with double vanity and a stand-up shower and soaking tub. The second and third bedrooms are both on the lower level with a shared hallway full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The private hot tub is accessed from the deck from the main Queen bedroom on this lower level, which also has a last screen TV. The third bedroom features two sets of Twin over Twin bunk beds, offering sleeping for an additional 4, with flatscreen TV with streaming capabilities, another home office work space, this is the perfect den for the kiddos! The beautiful renovated bathroom features a walk-in shower with custom stonework and a 1/2 bath. On the main entrance level, you have the convenience of a private 2 car garage (garage clearance 7' 5) please see below for more garage measurements. Mud entry way for all your adventuring gear and the private washer and dryer. Cozy on the couch around the gas fireplace while watching TV on the large Smart TV with full cable access. A dining area that seats 6 with additional bar seating at the kitchen for 2 allows you to enjoy family meals, leading out to the upper private deck with grill and seating with Mountain views. Mammoth Gateway Village is a small, luxury development with only 11 freestanding, highly desirable, townhomes. You can walk to The Village at Mammoth, Sierra Star golf course and Mammoth's free shuttle system is right at the top of the street on Main Street. A short walk to Main Street Promenade allows you to enjoy the renowned Schat's Bakery or grab a gourmet coffee from Black Velvet Coffee, or grab a glass of wine from one of the wine bars. With retail stores also right there, you can rent e-bikes and hop on or hit the shops with no hassle. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates, cycle studio, trampoline room and more. This Mammoth condo sleeps a maximum of 10 people, and comes with only 2 parking spaces inside the garage. Fortunately most children wouldn’t care about that.

    We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this residence during our mountain biking and hiking getaway. Consistent with other reviews, we found our host, Mammoth Reservations, provided excellent service. We had a few minor items that needed attention, and they were attended to right away. The maintenance guy was respectful, quick, and competent. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the main level is nicely laid out. Primary bedroom is expansive with a nice master bath. The loft office is a nice, albeit small extra space, but we did not find the fold out couch to be usable. We brought our sweet golden doodle along because, happily, this rental is dog friendly, but were surprised to find in the house rules book that pets are not allowed on the carpeted areas, which include all bedrooms and stairs/hallways leading to bedrooms. The location is terrific, being walking distance from the Village, shops, and restaurants, although the neighborhood is in transition.

    My family just came back from a wonderful stay in the home! We were 6 people total, including 3 tween/teens. The place was very clean, spacious and convenient for family fun! The rooms were also separated enough to accommodate whenever any one of us wanted some alone time to rest. The garage was a big plus, and the check-in check-out process was seamless. We would stay here again in a heartbeat

    My son races Mammoth MX every year and we needed a place to accommodate our family and his pit crew. This home was so perfect! Spacious, clean, in a wonderful location and had everything we needed! We will be reserving it again most definitely!
