Beautiful Condo,Ideal Location!

Well appointed condo with two nice balconies and a garage for our bikes. East access to the bike path, St Philips Plaza, and farmers market. The beds were super comfy. There were lots of towels, linens and beach towels. The appliances are old, but manageable. Our host was very responsive to our requests, but the HOA was not.

communication with the owner and property manager was very easy and helpful. the apartment has a great location along the rillito river banks and nearby shopping as well. we liked the apartment very much, with the two bathrooms and bedrooms and balconies. the location on the second floor is also nice because it makes the apartment very bright and airy! it was well equipped and clean as well. our only complaint is that the dining table is too big, it uses half of the living room and is not very usable because of the size and location. a smaller table with four chairs will improve the apartment tremendously! the apartment also has access to the facility pool with deck chairs that are uncomfortable and in bad condition, but this is certainly not the apartment owner’s fault because the pool is run by the facility management. Overall, we loved our stay there and if we visitTucson again, we will definitely try to get this apartment again!

Well supplied condo in a great location.

Our condo was perfectly situated to enjoy glorious sunsets and spectacular sunrises. We were right on the bike trail for fun walks which included bird watching. We really enjoyed spending time in Tucson and the vicinity. The hiking, desert museums and educational tours were super. We look forward to going back.

We had a fantastic time. The condo is perfectly equipped and was great fro the 5 of us, 2 adults and three kids 9, 6 and 5. Neighbours were so friendly, we made many friends, pool is great for the kids and so well located for riverwalk and shops and restaurants - all in all absolutely perfect. This is beautiful, new 2 bedroom condo in an upscale location. We enjoyed the tile floors, very high ceilings and nice bathrooms. We hope to go back next year.

The location in Tucson is wonderful. It has easy access no matter which direction you wish to go. You can walk to several restaurants and Trader Joe's. You can walk to the Rillito Trail for biking and walking and jogging. The condo is newly furnished and has everything you need. It is very well equipped. We loved watching the sunrises and sunsets over the mountains from the balcony. Cori & Chris (the owners) were great to work with and Jason, the local manager, took care of any questions we had. We really loved staying here. The parking was great. There is a garage but also plenty of outdoor parking. We couldn't think of one thing that would improve this condo in Tucson. It was very clean which is important to us. It was really great place to spend time in Tucson. Tip: Eat at Zin Burger a couple blocks away. Go during Happy Hour. It is our favorite place to eat in Tucson.
