    A spacious, airy property, with a good view from the balcony. The family managing the property, Andrea and Juliana, were most helpful, and we could not have managed without Don, the very friendly taxi driver, taking us around. It was remote, it took us 25 minutes to walk to the beach, and we were dependent on taxi transport to get to restaurants, supermarket and places of interest.

    Had such a lovely 2 weeks stay at the property everyone was so friendly - the place was perfect the only difficult part was getting around from there because you can walk to places but it’s quite long so it’s very useful to have a car.

    Lovely clean and spacious apartment. Fruit and water on arrival. Very helpful hosts both Juliana on site and Andrea who lives elsewhere. Juliana was very kind and caring and went out of her way to makes us feel welcome. Very homely. Beach is a good 15 minute walk down and up a hill. Would advise hiring a car due to heat and hills! Pigeon beach lovely, Reduit beach near Rodney bay lovely but lots of beach assistants very helpful but not as calm as Pigeon beach. Beautiful raw and authentic island. Really do miss it soo much! Not any shops nearby but a 20 min walk away. Gros Islet party good and the fish bbq excellent. Very sad to leave.

    This is a clean property with a nice view. The host responds to questions. It is in the hills and away from the beach so it requires a car.

    The best part of our stay was the comfortable accommodations. The plus was Andrea and Juliana's attentiveness to our needs in making us welcome with information needed to make our experience in St. Lucia a memorable one. Both sisters were personable, helpful and very welcoming. My sister, nephew and I will recommend this condo to whomever looking to have a pleasant experience in St. Lucia.

    We spent the month of February at this residence in Saint Lucia and had no problems whatsoever. Juliana was warm, welcoming, helpful and has such an infectious laugh. She had arranged transportation from the airport to the residence where our rental car was waiting. She also provided us with beach chairs, umbrella and towels. Great location. Heading north from Gros Islet, there is a left turn to Pigeon Island. The next righthand turn is Bellevue where the unit is about halfway up the hill. The golf course is on the other side of this hill. If you go to the end of Bellevue at the top of the hill, you have a very good view of the north part of the island and are overlooking the golf course. It was a very easy drive to Pigeon Island and Rodney Bay for the beaches, stores and restaurants. Castries is just down the road. The residence is very well kept, gated and quiet. The view from the balcony is beautiful. You can see most of Rodney Bay and out to sea. A perfect place for morning coffee and pastry, to watch the sunset and evening drinks. You can see the cruise ships leaving Castries in the evening or arriving in the morning. You can watch the sailboats, ships, ski jets, etc. coming in to, out of or past Rodney Bay. The unit was quite spacious with everything working as it should--full kitchen, dining area, living area, washer and dryer, 2 nice-size washrooms, 2 good-size bedrooms, lots of closet space. We found it quite comfortable during our stay.

    Property had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Extremely clean. Very Quiet location but only a short walk to the beach (15 minutes). Beautiful sunset view from the balcony. Would stay here again.

    1st off there is no fantastic sea views. The sea views are miles away. Also, never saw a golf course. I got locked out of the condo & had to wait on the balcony for a little over an hour. No keys on the property. It was 2 of us & only 1 set of keys were given so if we didn't go out together the other was locked on the premises & when I say locked I me locked. To me this is a horror story waiting to happen. We stayed on the 3rd floor & there are these security gates with lock. What happens if a fire breaks out or a tourist becomes sick & cannot unlock those gates?? Also there is no central air conditioning. Air is in each of the bedrooms. The correct dates of our stay were 5/4 to 5/11/19. Checkout time was 11am. We had to drive to the airport so 9:30am I start calling to return the keys. Phone answered. I was told by whomever answered they couldn't hear me & they hung up. This went on for 3 phone calls. Now I corresponded with this phone number several times during the vacation so my phone number had to be in the history. Finally I sent a text. Neither of the owners were on the property. I was told they were 10 minutes away. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE when you know you have tenants that are checking out.

    The owner and her sister were top notch people. Very helpful and accommodating. The condo is very comfortable and just as depicted. Having a car would have been a better option, but we were able to make taxis work for us for just a 3 night stay. I would definitely stay again!

    We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It is very convenient for the shops, restaurants and the beach. We were warmly welcomed by both Juliana and Andrea. We were initially surprised how spacious it was with plenty of room for everything - our clothes, and suitcases. The apartment is painted in pleasant pastel colours. We enjoyed sitting on the large terrace and watching the sun go down. The apartment had nearly everything that we needed, including a large fridge freezer for drinks and snacks.. We cooked in only twice and found a good selection of pans and utensils, though we did find the gas oven (not the hob) a bit of a challenge. We still don't know how we got it to work. The only real thing that I missed was a chopping board. We had a hire car and there was secured parking in front of the building behind electrically controlled gates. We can certainly recommend the apartment to others.

    We stayed a week at Andreea’s flat in January 2014. The flat is gorgeous ! Pictures do not reflect how nice it is. Beautiful high ceilings, very large 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Huge sitting room with a great balcony where you can see the sunset. Andreea is an amazing host. Booking process was very smooth and efficient. Taxi pick-up was on time and great value for money. Flat was spotless – very clean and well equipped. Highly recommend this flat and am sure that we will be back again !
