Absolutely loved this place!! The roof top deck and easy beach access were some of the best parts of our stay! Super clean, and comfortable space for the two of us!

Roof top deck overlooking the ocean and skyline was my favorite. Great storage space in and outside of home. Picnic areas, grills and great surf side beach access. Will definitely be planning another stay here!

We loved the location of the cabana. It was right on the beach. We didn’t take a cooler with us because it was so easy to walk back and grab a drink from the fridge. Our issues were small things. The water pressure in the shower was horrible. It was difficult to get the sand off our bodies. It is advertised as being two beds with the pull out bed, but there was only bedding for the queen size bed. We put towels down on the pull out mattress but it was disappointing. So I would recommend taking bedding for the pull out bed if you plan on using it. Our kids are 7&8 and we were comfortable using the private beach without a lifeguard. We walked to get ice cream but recommend stopping at the food lion or walmart before passing through Avon. The smaller local store was limited and expensive. Over all we loved it. Defiantly would rebook. Just maybe not with the kids next time!

What can I say about this place? Well we loved it. It was right at the beach. I'm sure we will b back there again. Clean and beautiful views from the top deck. A shower on the walk way to rinse off. I would go back tomorrow but off to work i go. Enjoy it every one

Expected better view. Didn't realize living quarters were going to be so small. Limited amount of towels meant having to reuse often. Hot water only lasted two showers max.

The cabana was perfect for the two of us. The location and proximity to the beach were amazing. Very nice cabana.

We enjoyed this cabana for a few reasons. The main one is the rooftop deck! Its a great place to get away and relax while watching kite surfers go by. I would recommend this place for couples seeking a romantic getaway.

Mini getaway for us and we loved it! Easy access to the beach, cute and cozy home, also it was very clean! Will definitely be coming back next year.

It's cute but very small. Two people tops. Ladies (or guys) if you're plus size enough, the toilet leaves no space for much. I could put my elbows on the walls and putting my fists beside each other up to my wrists. Hot shower water lasts 10 minutes.

We love the cabanas, and Southern Comfort was an ideal layout. We love the beach access and close proximity to the ferry. We left our truck unlocked accidentally all night, but it’s such a nice neighborhood that it wasn’t even bothered.

Location, amenities, and quality of the cabana were all fantastic. Was just what we needed for a short week

The Cabana in Hatteras is perfect for a couple or small family to stay close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and loved the community. Best coffee in the area! The management was super helpful, and answered all our questions quickly. The pool at the club house was very nice and our teens enjoyed too. We loved sitting on the decks especially the top one. If you are looking for a quaint place near the beach this is for you!

Great location!

It was a cozy little spot with a nice ocean view. Could use some new kitchenware and updating bedding as well. All necessities were there and the place was very clean.

Roaches was a great location was not a bad place but went wrong when we came back in and roaches were all over the counters

The name says it all! Very comfy home away from home. Quiet and peaceful. Great view from the upper deck. Loved the underneath parking. Short walk to the beach. Great location. Close to everything. Well equipped kitchen. Love the dual Kurég to make a pot of coffee or single serve.

This is the third time I have rented this cabana, which should tell you something about how much I like it. The walk to the beach is easy, and you can also walk to several restaurants, the post office, and an ice cream shop! Though it is a small space, there's lots of space to store your belongings. There is everything you need here, from measuring cups, a blender, crock pot, coffee maker, rolling pin, etc. on and on. Just unpack and relax. The owner recently weather sealed the deck and added a large storage bin on the main deck for storing things like beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Again, this is my third stay at this cabana, and I love it!
