Tucked right up on Snowmass Mountain, the Shadowbrook condos have an amazing location offering ski-in/out access. Unit 505 has been recently remodeled with your comfort in mind. The beautiful hickory kitchen cabinets and floor create a warm and inviting atmosphere in the open concept living space. The sectional sofa is a welcome comfort at the end of a day exploring all that Aspen Snowmass have to offer. Settle in and unwind in front of the gas fireplace, share stories over a beverage on the balcony or chat with your traveling companions as you prepare dinner in the fully stocked kitchen. The Shadowbrook condos sit right on the Fanny Hill ski trail allowing for incredibly convenient access to skiing, mountain biking, hiking and all the great shops and restaurants in Snowmass Base Village and Snowmass Mall.



This two bedroom plus den/3 bath condo is ideal for family or friends traveling together. Each sleeping area offers an en-suite bath for added privacy. The second bedroom offers three separate beds to accommodate a variety of travelers. The master bedroom has a large king bed and both bedrooms feature en-suite baths with separate vanity areas. Master bathroom was remodeled in fall 2025 with spa-like ambiance and modern finishes. The den/dining area becomes a third sleeping area when the accordion door is closed and the queen murphy bed is pulled down from the wall. This room also features a full bathroom. There is elevator access to this top floor unit that offers wonderful vaulted ceilings and a feeling that you are in your own private treehouse!



Guests staying at the Shadowbrook will enjoy the mountain side seasonal outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. All condos have outdoor patios or balconies with gas grill. You can relax by the pool and take in the view of skiers or hikers enjoying Snowmass Mountain or on your balcony while you grill your dinner and enjoy and apres ski/hike beverage. If dining out is your preference the Snowmass Base Village or the Snowmass Mall are just a short stroll away where you will find a number of great restaurants to choose from. Our guests love the convenient access to both villages in Snowmass, as well as to the mountain and all the activities!



Due to the convenience of the Shadowbrook condos in Snowmass, this unit books up quickly year-round. Guests have enjoyed the location, quality and amenities so much they return year after year. We hope you will be come a repeat guest as well!

***The pool and hot tub will close the day after Snowmass closing day and will open for the summer Memorial Day weekend. In the event of a closure there will be no refunds or discounts if the amenities are closed due to weather conditions or changes in HOA policy.***

**Smoking is strictly prohibited in all units and on balconies. Please note that many properties also enforce a no smoking on premises policy.**



******The Homeowner Association prohibits rental guests from bringing any animals into this home, please do not ask as we are not able to make exceptions. Please be aware a fine of $1000 will be imposed for all unauthorized animals******

All iTrip Aspen Snowmass properties have WIFI and all rentals are stocked with professionally laundered linens and towels and a starter supply of the following: coffee, tea, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, sponge, dish detergent and soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soaps. If your home has a wood burning fireplace we provide a starter supply of wood. Additional stock of these items are available for purchase at the local grocery stores.

    We had a great time with 4 kids (ages 4,8,9,12). We hiked Maroon Bells to Crater Lake. We took the gondola up to elk camp. We enjoyed our time at the top of Aspen. We went to the Grottos. The heated swimming pool was a nice touch at the end of the day. We would 100% stay here again. Management was very easy to communicate with, and we felt very well taken care of.

    My friends and I really enjoyed our stay while celebrating a bachelor party. The location was very convenient getting on and off the mountain and heading into the Snowmass mall. We were also easily able to go into aspen using the busses. We were very comfortable in the condo and would love to come back and stay again!

    We had the best time on our ski trip and really look forward to coming back. Everything was just perfect, the only critiques I could make would be to have better pillows and nicer linens, however that is being nit picky! Don't hesitate to book this place!

    Our condo was fine . They need to upgrade the 1960’s drip coffee maker! Keurig or Nespresso would be better. It seems all the condos are dated.Convenience to slopes excellent! Our stay would have been better if we had a functioning elevator.Our last 4 days the elevator was dysfunctional. Walking up two flight of stairs was not fun! They need to get a new elevator!I’ve been going there for many years since ITrip took over it has not been the same. The Romero GroupObviously only cares about making money.May consider other options for next year!

    The condo was great. Very spacious with lots of sleeping space. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable living room. The location of the condo is ideal. It is ski in/out off the main ski run. Location between the Village and Snowmass Mall made it walking distance to everything you needed. No need for a car. Highly recommend this condo, will definitely stay here again when we return to Snowmass!

    This condo exceeded my expectations for a large family and 1 guest. There were plenty of beds and great couch with chair for everyone to find a place to sit. The place was clean, pool was clean with 2 hot tubs. One for those that don’t like it hot, and one for those that do like it hot. Location was spot on for nearby shopping and so close to the gondola. It was one of our best vacations. I typically don’t feel comfortable texting or emailing the host with questions. But on this trip I ended up asking them questions all the time. For instance, pizza recommendation. They responded so quickly to everything! The guide book on app was handy too. I would definitely stay here again!
