The condo was beautiful! Awesome beach views, we loved the breach chairs. Our only complaint was the out door pools were cold. Our kids didnt mind but it was just too cold for thw adults to enjoy. The room was clean. The host was great. The beach was perfect and clean. Thank you for amazing memories.

The property was great. The views were beautiful, the condo was clean, and my kids loved the bunk room. The property included beach chair service which was a nice perk.

The room was very nice. When we got there the check in about the luggage carts was confusing and having to leave your driver's license. But overall had a good time.

Loved this place. Clean spacious great view. Many said issues with the elevators. There were some but staff immediately jumped into action to fix it. Will definitely stay here again

We loved this place and location. It is hard to use the elevator at certain times of the day and that was a huge issue, I would suggest leaving more trash bags in the trash can for people for there stay

Reviewer Comments: They provide all the amenities of a timeshare at a portion of the cost. 24 hour security, friendly busy workers and the amenities are too many to name. This is the epitome of a centrally located, turnkey family vacation. I had the best time and the staff cares about their brand. Even with small hiccups this hotel is the best bang for your buck every time. They even mailed me my earbuds after I accidentally left them in the room. I can't recommend this home by the beach enough.

This unit is one of the best we have ever stayed in. Everything is clean and modern. The bed is comfortable. If you have kids the bunkbeds have their own tv at each bed. The owner is very attentive. We will stay here again.

Well kept, clean property. Convenient to Pier Park. Easy communication and check-in and check-out. Unit managing company was timely in responses and genuinely concerned with us having a great experience with our rental. Strongly recommend Four Star Condo Service!

Very clean! Great view of sunsets and friendly staff!

My husband and I went and took two teenagers with us. This Tidewater unit is on the 12th floor and is nicely decorated and has a bunk room, which is nicer than the bunk beds in the hallway. 2 br so we didn’t have to share with the kids. Walking distance to Pier Park. The unit came with beach service- 2 chairs and an umbrella, which was a bonus. Tidewater is known for having to wait on the elevators, but this unit is near and end one and in a pinch you could use the stairs since it’s only 12th floor. I’d definitely recommend this unit.

The room and everything the room was great and clean. The overall room xperience was not the best of the resort. To start the elevators are absolutely the worst out of all the resorts we have stayed in Panama City. Next the pool was so nasty like it doesn’t get cleaned at all. There was hair an bugs and trash all in the pool every day. Also pool didn’t have any lighting for evening an night swims. Back deck also didn’t have any lighting at all to see with out flash light. Other than those which are a BIG deal the beach interning was great a chairs with room was great.

The little store attached to the condo was nice to grab a Coke, ice cream, coffee, or even a canned alcoholic drink. Didn’t use the pool, but it has two large pools. Condo is big but I never felt crowded on the beach.
