Perfect condo for family and friends, our 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo, located in a boutique complex that includes world-class shopping and dining on the first floor, private beach access across the street, and pool. This 2nd floor open floor plan condo is fully furnished with luxurious finishes including custom floors, wainscott, and beautiful granite countertops. The master bedroom features a king size bed, two walk in closets, a walk in shower, and access to the balcony. The 2nd guest bedroomcontains a queen size bed, closet, and sits right off of the hall full bath including tub. The third guest bedroom features built in twin bunk beds that could easily accommodate (four small children) and shares a full hall bath. This unit has plenty of natural light. Swing on the custom bench while enjoying the sunrise and sunsets on your spacious balcony. This unit is perfect for a family, girls trip, guy retreat, or a weekend getaway by yourself .

The open living space features a large seating area, flat screen tv, and wireless internet. There is a fully equipped kitchen with seating at the bar for 4 and the dining room table seats 6. Washer and dryer are also inside the unit.

    Had a little difficulty getting in condo and getting tv to connect but owner was very helpful and responded quickly. Nice, quiet, private pool. Easy beach access.

    Nice area on 30A. Light sleepers will want to be sure they book on 3rd floor of this property. Pros: Great bed and bathroom in Master. Well-equipped kitchen. Spacious. Peaceful porch. Responsive host. Easy access to beach. Cons: Dryer doesn’t work. Condo needs some TLC. Musty smell throughout. Guest bedroom needs new mattress. No soundproofing-You’ll hear every footstep of 3rd floor renters.

    This condo has the potential to be awesome. The good:Communicative owners-We had an issue at arrival and they fixed it.Location- right on 30A above the Perfect Pig in SeagroveSize- Spacious 3 bed 2 bath layout with open kitchen, dining, and living space. The large master, secondary bedroom and bunk room were perfect for us.Beds- We liked all of the beds in the unit and found them all to be among the most comfortable of any rental we have stayed in.Private Beach Access- We prefer the State Parks but this unit does share a private access with other properties in the area so no need to cram into the public access. Elevator- The complex has an elevator so no lugging your stuff up and down stairs. The deck- Huge deck with nice porch swing. Feels private because of the Magnolia trees out front.Pool- There is a small pool for the community.Needing Improvement: Unit needs a refresh- walls need patching where pictures once hung and painting. The carpet in the bunk room is torn and needs replacing. The furniture is worn and some pieces have stains but are comfortable. The table and chairs on the deck are damaged leaving the swing as the only seating option.We felt like the price we paid was fair for the unit based on condition. If you are looking for something Instagram worthy, this is not the condo for you as it sits. If you are looking for a great location and comfortable place to rest after the beach this condo will fit the bill. With a refresh we would book again.

    Loved the proximity to the beach! Not having to get in the car and drive to the beach was excellent! Air was nice and cold after hot days. Looking forward to another stay!

    This property is located in a close, but less crowded area of Seagrove. Easy beach access, enjoyed the Perfect Pig being right downstairs, and was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the condo. Lovely spot! Owner/manager very easy to work with. We wouldn’t hesitant to stay here again!

    This unit is above a restaurant and we had roaches. The owner was very nice and did send Orkin out to spray quickly. It did get better.

    Condo was as described on VRBO. Owner was super accommodating with any need we had. Very quick to respond. Great location to shopping and dinning. Although you don’t have a view of the beach, it’s just across the street. Very easy private access to the beautiful white sands of the gulf.

    Very clean and everything was as it should be. Only suggestion would be to have 2 gate fobs for the beach access so not everyone has to try to go and leave at the same time
