Stayed Oct 9, 2025Property manager told us that renovations would be on-going with no specific details at time of rental. A few days before our arrival the property manager gave specifics about the renovations which included concrete grinding. We had no idea how loud the concrete grinding would be and that it would last every weekday from 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM.

Stayed Sep 28, 2023Place was great! This is our 3rd year in a row at Azure. First time booking a property that was managed by a pm company. Besides our unit not being eligible for early check in or late check out (airlines changed both flights), everything was awesome!

Stayed Apr 4, 2022Booked this place because of the views and use of bedroom space. Surpassed our expectation. Looks just like the pictures, only bigger than appears. Elevators are near the door making it easy to go down to the pool/beach. This is on the 3rd level, you have access to the parking garage on the 2nd level. Check in and out is super easy. This place is walking distance to several restaurants, shopping, and the pier. We had a great time during our stay. Highly recommend.

Stayed Jul 5, 2021This unit was so nice and had everything we needed. It was updated, clean, and easy access to everything. It was near the elevator which made it nice if you had to run up from the beach or pool to get something. It was situated in the middle area of the condo so you could watch kids easily in the pool from the balcony. The master bed and bath were amazing and so comfortable. All the beds were super comfy. We loved having a laundry room and a bathroom for every bedroom was super nice. The condo was walking distance to a few restaurants, ice cream, and surf shops which we liked as well. We didn't love the grills because we like charcoal better and they were far from the pools and stuff. One of the elevators was broken for a day which made it slow going up and down. Overall it was an amazing trip. We do hope prices go back down though for the emerald coast otherwise we won't be able to frequent it as often.
