The condo was beautiful. Very spacious for a one bedroom. It had everything needed for an excellent time.
Wonderful villa. Beautifully decorated with everything supplied. Plenty of clean fluffy towels, wash cloths and linens. The bed is very comfortable. The only con is the fact that the unit needs a good floor scrub and deep clean. But it’s the end of the busy season so I’m sure that’s why. Certainly not a deal breaker as we are already booked for next year!! Love the privacy and the location!

We’ve been visiting Hilton Head for 30 years and this South Beach property location was fantastic. Bike rentals, pickleball, tennis, Marina, shops, & restaurants were all within steps of the villa. We will definitely be back. Thank you Karen!

This was a perfect condo for my daughter and I. Two minute walk to the beach, pool and Salty Dog. The owner has the place well equipped.
We had a great time. The condo was perfect. The location could not have been better. The host was very responsive. We will definitely be back.
We enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in many bluff villas over the last 30 years.The view from back patio is outstanding.Very cozy and pleasant decor.We took advantage of the trolly that took us to harbor town and to sea pines center.Rented bikes and enjoyed the beautiful paths!Only issue was a dirty shower curtain, in which we replaced easily with quick Walmart order!I would definitely stay here again!
Many thoughtful touches make this a wonderful place to enjoy. The beach is just a very short walk and uncrowned..Sea pines is quiet and a beautiful location. A bit of a drive to get in and out but worth it.

We had a very nice week stay in this condo.Condo was clean and well stocked with all essentials and even extras. Bed linens, towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, washer, dryer, plentiful cooking utensils, all incuded...amazing. Outdoor patio with view of water.Just a short walk to the beach, South Beach Village shops, marina, and restaurants...literally a couple hundred feet.Easy drive of a few miles to Harbor Town and Coligny Plaza shopping. Bike trails to all over island.We can't say enough good things about owner Karen who promptly responded to any questions we had, which were few.She goes the extra yard in making your stay a pleasant one.Virgils - NJ
Once again, my wife and I enjoyed a wonderful week at South Beach. Over the years, we have stayed in many nice villas in Sea Pines but the location of this one is special, not to mention that it is so comfortable for a couple. The sound beach (with beautiful sunsets) is right across the road and for more “wave action”, the Atlantic beach is just a short stroll away. I would caution visitors to be very careful driving at night and to drive slowly as the island deer are frequently on or near the roadway. We will definitely be back!!!
This unit was exactly as presented. It was clean, spacious, nicely furnished and had everything I could possibly need (and lots of extra linens). Karen’s personal touches were so welcoming and all communication was easy. This is now a favorite unit and I’ll be returning for sure!
As usual, we enjoyed our stay. The unit had everything we needed. And thanks, Karen, for repairing the blinds for us! And for the gift card. Looking forward to coming back again.
Ideal place for a couple. Perfect location, amazing sunsets, Egyptian cotton, all you need. Just try not to rent it when we want to do it next year.
This is our favorite place to stay while in HHI. The location is perfect and the unit is beautiful and stocked with everything we need. Karen is great and always ready to help in any way. We have stayed in this same unit, I believe, 5 times and plan to stay again next year.

This property was as advertised. You can watch beautiful sunsets from the couch, patio or a very short walk to the beach. The location was great. It is easily accessible to the Salty Dog and the beach. The area is very quiet. You are close to South Beach without experiencing any of the traffic or noise. The only people who go past the condo are the people staying at that end of the resort. We loved watching the boats and dolphins and the bike trails.
My husband, daughter, and I absolutely loved Karen’s place! Check in/out process is very easy, clean, nice view from the bedroom and patio. Karen has everything you need for the beach. We loved how we felt at home. Communication was very timely. She helped with several questions we had before our stay. We stayed in one of her properties last July and this July. We would recommend her properties to anyone. She is an amazing host!
Have stayed here many times. Great location in South Beach. Bright and nicely furnished. Will always stay here when returning to Hilton Head.

This was our 4th time to Bluff Villas and 3rd time to this unit. The unit is perfect and has everything you need, bed is comfy too! We will definitely be back!
Upon arrival the villa was complete with all essentials. Villa was spotless. The location to the beach is a 2 min walk. Sunsets were gorgeous. Short bike ride to South Beach area. I recommend the villa is perfect for two people.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this Bluff Villa condo. It is clean, tastefully decorated with quality furnishings, and set up for comfort. It had everything needed for two people. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, and appliances. We brought our own drinking water, paper towels, tin foil, parchment paper, oils, spices, etc. and cooked most of our meals there. Soaps and kitchen linens are provided. One of the best things about the condo cannot really be seen from the online photographs. The view out the living room, past the patio, across the street (minimal traffic, very quiet part of Sea Pines), through a beautiful grove of pines takes you right to Calibogue Sound. It's possible to sit on the couch and watch the sun set over the water. This is the same path to and from the beach that we travelled multiple times a day. We are grateful to have had such a relaxing week at the beach and to have stayed in this lovely condo.
