Beautiful Beachside Villa! Oceanfront Pool

We loved it …perfect location to restaurants beach and shopping

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fairly uncomfortable stay. The bed and pillows were hard. Back up pillow stained and no extra pillow cases.,The couch was not comfortable. As an older building not good sound proofing between floors and woken up repeatedly by the guest above us. Very low shower water pressure. We left a day early.

Everything was great with our stay! When we first got there the condo had not been cleaned but they took care of it in a short amount of time. The manager even came and spoke to us and apologized. Very enjoyable stay

Very nice condo in a nice location. Within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Only downfall is the pool is very small and gets really crowded. Also, the pool right outside the window is not apart of this property and you do not have access to it. Overall, our experience was great and we would recommend it to others.

Had 2 beaxh chairs and an umbrella for beach use. Beach was gorgeous. Didn't use the pool but it seemed very nice. The carpeting outside all the units had a damp smell to it. They mention a Starbucks next door at the Hilton bit it is just the ocean grill has Starbucks coffee/tea. It is not a fully functional Starbucks. My husband was very dad when he found that out. Would definitely stay at this building again. Thank you.

Condo is located right on the beach. Short walk to pool and beach. 15 minute walk or short drive to many restaurants and shopping. Hilton restaurant/bar next door is a huge plus.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying in Ocean Dunes Villa 102. It's well stocked and has everything we need for the week. It was nice to see that they added beach chairs and an umbrella to the rental this year. I love that it's convenient to everything as well. The only improvement that I can think of would be to add a ceiling fan to the balcony, it can get quite toasty out there especially in the morning sun. I also like that the management company has added more umbrellas to the pool this year, I think adding another 4 umbrellas to the pool area would help quite a bit for having more shade. We had a great week!
