☀️Beautiful Beachfront‼️ , sleeps 6, easy beach access!!!⛱ Family Friendly

Gourmet kitchen left a lot to be desired. Cheapest plastics, broken toaster, knives flimsey and dull. No wrap, foil, garbage bags, etc. One beach chair. Furniture very uncomfortable, surely the owner doesnt stay here. If you knew and drove, fine, but dont think of flying.

Host was very accommodating. The location was great.

This condo was an absolute beauty! Every single part of our stay was phenomenal. The grounds are exceptionally clean. We enjoyed the quiet. The condo was nicely decorated and stocked. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. We will be back! John and Mary were so accommodating. Excellent host! Easy access to the beach! Not overly crowded. Great proximity to shopping, restaurants. Host promptly responded to questions.

Stayed for a week. Perfect weather. Great view of the ocean. Comfy bed and pillows.

1. There is no one on site to “check in” with or talk to. It’s literally just a building with rooms. 2. The manager of this specific condo was out of the country, so I had to go through her husband. You typically get ALL info about your room a couple of days before the date of check in. I never received that email, so I had to message several times and call several times with no answer until her husband finally reached out to me about the information. 3. Our parking pass was not in our room, so we had to write a note to leave in our car until the cleaner brought our pass the next morning. 4. The sliding glass door to the balcony does NOT lock. 5. We did not see the first camera onsite anywhere. Which is a little strange in case something were to happen. 6. The condo itself was okay. REALLY needs to be updated. Not just covered up. 7. You have to dry your things several times in the dryer to get them completely dry. 8. The toaster only works if you hold the lever down while toasting something. 9. They do provide towels, washcloths, hand towels, and a floor towel, but you will need to bring detergent to wash those in order to use them again. 10. The condo is in a very remote area which was nice. 11. It wasn’t completely terrible, I have stayed in worse, but for the price we paid, it could have been a WHOLE lot better.

The condo was satisfactory conditions considering that it is an old condo. Although the pictures do make it seem a little nicer than it was. The ceiling is chipping away in the living room and in the bathroom and it could use a good deep cleaning but overall for the price and location it was good and plenty big enough for a family of 4 with kids. The king size bed was also a huge plus and it was so comfortable.

The property was nice and clean. great access to the beach and good restaurants.

Ceiling paint was falling down and could not find the cable remote for living room.

The condo was nice. Close to everything. The only problem was the bathroom, living room ceilings are chipping. Bathroom shower curtain rod all rusted. Just needs some TLC. Other than that we had a nice stay enjoyed the beautiful beach Tammy

Great location. Owner responded quickly to our questions/concerns. Appreciated the beach chairs.

There were some minor hiccups with the property but the owner promptly replied and handled everything. It was quiet and we loved the smaller building with less hustle and bustle.

Vacation

We only stayed a short 3 days but it was perfect. Right on the beach. Very clean and relaxing. Will definitely use this property again.

The apartment needs some updates.

Exactly what we wanted. The weather was hot but, everything else was perfect!

This is our second year staying at this condo & we really enjoyed our vacation yet again! Will book this condo again next Summer!

Great beach and location. I will say some frustrating things were lack of information sent to us about the condo till 2 hours before check in (sent at 2pm day of check in) including the fact there was one small roll of tp for the week. the ceiling in the condo is peeling and falling off, the bathroom has a stench, and everything is damp feeling. My boys are small but the bunk beds are very narrow and cramped. It worked for us for a place to stay at a pretty beach but disappointed in the condo with the price.

We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed it! Location, safety, and cleanliness are our top priorities and this condo passed all of those! Would stay here again and reccomend to others who aren’t bougie but like a clean practical condo that has great beach access. We loved getting to be on the 2nd floor and part of a low density complex. We also used the pool which is nothing special but definitely nice to have as a break from the beach. There is room for improvement on updating and cleaning. Small details seemed overlooked and not updated. Our kiddo wanted to watch tv and the Dish signal was spotty sometimes. Overall, it was clean, safe, and gave easy access to the beach.

Location was nice being close to everything and being right on the beach. Property was nice and made good use of kiddie pool and beach access. Would recommend to friends and family

This condo was perfect for our little family. We came with our kids, 6 and 10. The bunk beds were great for them! We loved being on the 2nd floor. The location of the property was in a very central location, very close to everything we needed. We loved the size of the building, as it was much smaller than all the other properties that towered around us. Owners were responsive and answered all questions. Everything was as described! We were very happy with our stay!
