Located in Orange Beach, Alabama, this family-friendly retreat offers everything you need for a fun and relaxing beach vacation.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: Two (2) vehicles maximum allowed for this unit and are to be purchased on site upon arrival. Cost is not included in reservation. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

    clean condo, great location, quiet. There needs to be written instructions for using the remotes in the living room.

    Beachball did a good job of communicating, if not a little over communicative at points. Our door code didnt work, which meant I had to contact them after hours when we got to the condo. It did take several door codes before one worked, but the staff were very helpful. The condo itself does need some refreshing, but we really enjoyed the amenities on the property. The parking fee was pretty steep for a weekend. It would have been nice to know this before staying, as we were expecting the normal 20-25, not 55, and we would have limited our vehicles. Overall, it was a nice trip, but the few detractors meant it was 4 stars vice 5.

    The unit supplied everything as mentioned in description. The beds were comfortable, plenty of additional bedding, and super comfortable large sofa. Our family of 5 had a great time. As the mom my favorite part of a vacation is where I'll be relaxing and this was a cozy perfect spot. Well lit elevator area with 4 elevators. Thank you

    Room was clean. Outside patio light didn’t work, was suppose to come fix but never showed up.Location is great, right in the middle of gulf shores and orange beach. Having multiple elevators was great. Never had to waitTons of luggage carts to make arriving and leaving easier as well.

    The location and amenities were very nice! My kids didn’t want to leave the pools or splash pad! Only things I wish we could have had was more cleaning supplies and better tools to clean the floor up from all of the sand. Kid friendly room, but lots of breakable things, so you just have to be on your guard with kids! The beds were a little hard, but we managed! All in all so glad that we stayed here!

    Really enjoyed our stay. The property could use some upgrades, but the condo was nice and clean. Very good location for restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc. Beach views are very good. Although it was a very busy holiday weekend, noise wasn't a problem at night. Would definitely recommend.

    Condo in need of maintenance. Master shower doesn't drain, master toilet flapper broken, master bathroom toilet was dirty, master bedroom mattress feels very old and coils make it feel like you're being pushed out of the bed, some pillows were filthy and others were very flat, no light on balcony, living room ceiling fan lights were burned out, dishwasher door seems to be bent to the point that when you roll the bottom tray out to load dishes, the tray tries to roll off of the door, several dishes in the cabinets had been put away with food still on them, missing drawer knob in kitchen, second bathroom mirror is barely hanging on with a thin wire, second bathroom trash can has one leg broken off so it is lopsided, numerous walls throughout have be patched over, but not repainted. The staff of the property was very friendly and helpful, but there is a significant wait for an elevator during check in/out. Pool was beautiful and beach access was great. Parking was sufficient, but waiting to get your parking pass was a painful process.
