BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

• PARKING PASSES: 2 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

• RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

    This place needs updating! Furniture was dirty. Master bed was rock hard. Small TV’s.Only thing good is complex is good location!

    It was a very nice, clean place, easy excess to get in door, we saw dolphins from our balcony every morning. The only complaint I have is there were no hangers in any closet to hang our things on, and only one hair dryer in master suite, I think having 3 bathrooms they should have a hair dryer in each bedroom, just my opinion , but otherwise it was a very nice stay.

    Overall was a good place with a wonderful view of the beach, but the high price and the cleaning fee are harder to swallow when there were so many dirty dishes, dirty floors (not sand, it was dirty), stopped up drains and leaking toilets. But full disclosure, the property manager was always responsive and fixed the issues, and offered to have someone come in and re-clean but we just washed the dishes ourselves. I think if I were to come again, if I had space I’d bring my own cookware and utensils. Again, that stuff sucked but the major things were taken care of and we had a great time!

    The condo was great. Nicely appointed and very clean. There was a terrific view and easy access to the beach. It’s close to restaurants and shops. The property was seemingly well managed and in a good state of repair.Don’t miss the additional 50 parking fee payable when you arrive.Gulf Shores is definitely busy this time of year and the beach in front of the property can get crowded. Stake your spot out early.Overall, we enjoyed the condo, finding it clean and comfy for a family of six. I’d recommend it to families going to Gulf Shores

    We had a good stay. The location of this property is great. I was a little disappointed in the condo itself. The beds were horrible. The master bed was extremely hard. There was random furniture (headboard, dresser) stuck in closets. I could not find a dust pan to sweep. The kitchen utensils seemed dirty and the dishes and pots/pans could stand to be updated. Overall, it was a good trip, but the condo did look better in pictures than in person.

    Easy check in and getting parking pass. The master bathroom toilet seat was broke upon arrival but fixed shortly after calling. Beautiful view of the gulf from spacious balcony. The property was clean with ocean decor. Easy access to the beach. Would recommend updating mattresses in guest bedrooms they were hard as a rock. Overall great place to stay enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
