Beautiful Beach side Condo, 1 Short Block To The Beach!

The condo was lovely, a great size and in a nice area of Cape Canaveral, just over the road from Cocoa Beach, with kind and friendly neighbours who made me feel safe on a solo trip. The interior decor was sweet and homely, the kitchen appliances were easy to use and I found everything I needed. There were lots of amenities provided just like at a hotel, nothing I could fault. Communication with the hosts was easy too, they are nice people and were able to help if I needed anything. I would definitely look to stay here again when I come back in future.

Charming, quiet condo that is a quick walk to the beach. The condo was well stocked with everything you may need even beach chairs, umbrella, beach bags, etc. The owner was quick to respond. We had an enjoyable stay and will stay again in the future.

The host was very sweet and very helpful. She welcomed us into her home and told us all about the area and where to go at which times. She was super excited about her community and how beautiful it is which I can agree, the area we stayed in in cocoa beach was beautiful

Enjoyed meeting the owner, Anna, she was so helpful! She gave us some tips on dining options close by. The restaurants she recommended were wonderful. The unit was very clean, which i greatly appreciated. The beach is literally right down the road, and everything you need is in the unit. I will definitely stay there again when we come for a cruise.

We had an amazing stay at the condo! The place was very clean and cozy. Trips to the beach were easy as its only less than two minutes to get there. We also met the condo owners and they were absolutely wonderful! We will definitely be back to stay here in the near future. On a scale of 1-10, we give everything overall a 100!

This property was 1 block from the beach and was able to walk or drive to see the sunrise every morning. The property provided beach chairs, cooler, and several boogie boards for a good time at the beach.

This is a wonderful property that is steps from the beach. We were in condo #10 and it was beautiful. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio area and ease of access to the beach. The property managers were very nice! We will definitely be back.

Everything is great there ... the owner even welcomed us personally, chatted a moment, etc. If you visit, eat breakfast at Joanne's!

Loved this cozy condo! Just a block from the beach and close to everything we needed — restaurants, shops, you name it. Clean, comfortable, and just the right amount of space to relax. Having a designated parking spot was a huge bonus. We’d absolutely stay again!

Wonderful place! Exactly as pictures show and the updates are very nice! Lots of natural light in each room (including bathroom)! We didn’t cook, but the cabinets were well stocked with items, including George Foreman grill. Lots of beach items for the easy and close walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall the condo was fantastic. Very clean, super close to the beach and convenient parking. Only complaint is the mattresses are very firm. I ended up sleeping on the sofa.

Close walk to beach, quiet area, updated nice property

Stayed two night before boarding a ship. The location was perfect for Port Canaveral. Property was easy to check in and out of. Spot was clean and exactly as described.

I Had the pleasure of meeting Anna. She is such a wonderful soul. The stay was well worth the money spent. It felt like home away from home. The beach is in walking distance and the property is very close to shopping malls and restaurants as well as the Port and other establishments that provide entertainment while on your stay.

Easy to find property as discussed, a few minutes from beach. All attractions easy to get to. Would recommend and stay here again when next in this area

We picked this place for our quick family getaway to see the Kennedy Space Center. The area is great with restaurants and the beach in walking distance (good for watching a 5:15 am rocket launch!). The condo was clean and having the beach chairs and towels accessible was a huge bonus.
