Stayed Jul 22, 2024Phil is an excellent host. The property is in a wonderful location with beautiful views from the balcony. The family enjoyed the beach in the a.m. and the spacious pool in the afternoon. When we were indoors, our party of six had plenty of room to spread out. There are an abundance of nearby places to eat out or leave for day excursions. We had an overall wonderful experience. We would confidently recommend this property to friends and family.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024This property was exactly as advertised. Our group of 7 (4 Adults and 3 Kids) had plenty of space to relax. The pool gave us a great place to go when the waves were a little to big for the littles. Only negative I would give is that the building management is a little ridiculous when it comes to items outside your door. Twice we left our beach wagon outside while we ate lunch and dinner and each time we had a note left on the door. Granted on multiple occasions we saw other items left outside other doors for several days in a row. All in all a great place and would stay here again.

Stayed Jun 1, 2024This was our first time in Destin, and staying in this condo was definitely a treat! The views from the balcony are wonderful. The condo itself was very comfortable for entire family, and having three full baths with teenage boys was downright luxurious for Mom at least! Even though we had plenty of room to spread out, we all migrated to the balcony most of our time and enjoyed the views, sounds, and peacefulness. We had a few little questions for the host, and he was exceptionally speedy to respond, and very helpful. 10 out of 10 we would stay here again. Thanks for sharing your happy place!

Stayed Jul 29, 2023Waters Edge condo never disappoints and this unit was fantastic! It met all of our needs and felt like home. The view was spectacular and the owner was so easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.
