Consider this condominium your home away from home while you visit Gulf Shores. Regatta Condominiums is located directly on the beach, with a beach view, pool, pool lounge chairs, poolside bathroom, charcoal grills, and picnic tables. An elevator and several staircases are available to gain access to our second floor condominium unit. The condominium complex is situated in the Gulf Shores entertainment district next to Gulf Place where the Gulf Shores public beach, the Hangout and Pink Ponyare located. Across the street from the condominium is the Gulf Island Grill (our personal favorite) and Hooters. In addition, there are e-bike, bicycle, slingshot, skimboard, surfboard, & kayak rentals at Coyote Beach Sports, along with several other restaurants, putt-putt, and several souvenir shops all within a short walk.

This marvelous space features two comfortable bedrooms with queen beds, dressers, spacious closets, TVs, and two bathrooms equipped with quartzite countertops, showers, and hair dryers. The second bathroom also has a bathtub shower. Guests can relax in the living room, which includes a cozy queen size leather sleeper sofa, leather recliner chair, and large TV.

A fully equipped kitchen, kitchen table with four chairs, large kitchen quartzite countertop with two stools, full size washer & dryer, iron & iron board, and pack ‘n play are provided for our guests.

The condominium stays comfortable year-round with a heat pump system and a programmable nest thermostat, making it a wonderful retreat after a day of hanging out at the beach, pool or exploring the area. This condominium offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. We think our place will help you experience everything Gulf Shores has to offer.

Please note that you are required to purchase vehicle parking passes after you arrive. A maximum of two vehicle parking passes allowed per visit. $42 is the purchase price for each parking pass. Parking passes are purchased at the office (Unit 106A). Cash is not accepted. Regatta Property Manager can only accept Credit Card or Debit Card.

Smoking is not permitted inside the condominium.

Pets are not allowed.
