Beautiful Bayside Gem Accepting 3 Night Stays!

The unit was very clean and appears just as it is in the pictures. The four bedrooms -with queen beds and No bunk beds- appealed to us as our children are grown and gone with no young children of their own. There is plenty of free parking across the street on the weekdays.

The dishes, cookware, pots & pans were all very dirty. The AC filter is black & we were all getting sick. The stove wouldn’t turn on by itself and also took way too long to cook anything. The fans in all the rooms move to the point where they look like they are going to fall. We wouldn’t need the fans but the air conditioner doesn’t get the rooms down to the temperature it’s set at. We were also woken up every morning around 4am due to the company next door. On the discharge instructions it said to clean/ make our own beds, strip them, and basically clean the whole apartment even though they charged a cleaning fee. I reached out to multiple people with no response. Terrible unit and customer service.

For a quick weekend trip, it worked well — and with a few updates, it could be even better.

We have left the rental.I would not stay there again. Dishes and silverware were dirty. Seems to have been put away that way from previous renters.Stains on the furniture in the living room.The rental has dust everywhere ie registers, doorways,cabinets.Mop strands on the floor stuck to the chairs We left the place in better condition than when we arrived.Bathroom in the hallway is to small.You are forced to sit sideways on the toilet.

Reviewer Comments: Negatives: The place was not on a very nice block in Wildwood. There was no hot water the day we arrived and it was fixed the following morning. The place was not clean. There were popcorn kernels and fingernail clippings on the floor and a baby cookie on the table when we arrived, none of which were ours. Positives: It was big enough for our group. The Powers Group was responsive to our hot water issue.

We did have problems with accessing the wifi as the provided password didn't work and couldn't get resolved through agent. Would have been nice to have a hook in the bathroom for the hand towel. The fans rattled. Distance to beach was not bad at all. Felt very safe walking around. Having parking was very nice. Overall was a very good rental for our vacation.

My girlfriends and I came to Wildwood for the Barefoot Country Music Fest. We found this rental on VRBO. It suited our needs, the place was clean, close to festival. It was a little further of a walk than we anticipated, but not too far, about a 10 minute walk. It had everything we needed for our long weekend.

Not only was it comfortable for a relatively large group, but we enjoyed sitting out front at the picnic table. Since we had children in our group, we really appreciated the easy out-front parking and the safety of the upstairs living space. The steps made it a lot less likely that a child would leave without an adult knowing. We also enjoyed the off the beaten path aspect of this location One would think that it being situated near Wildwood's sanitation processing plant might cause unpleasant smells or sights, however this was not the case as far as we experienced. In fact, the kids (and adults 😉) found it fun to wave at the 'san-men' as they passed by during the day. We all wished we could have stayed longer. Thanks for such a great spot in which to spend our short vacation!
