Beautiful Bayside Condo with canal front views and boat slips

The location is perfect.. beautiful view of Bayside and boat dock from balcony..the table and chairs allowed for enjoying breakfast lunch or dinner outside. walking distance to wawa..CVS.. beach and grocery store. Kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. Appliances a little outdated..but everything worked as it should. The pool was right below the condo, the elevator made getting to room and pool very easy. Very easy to connect with Host. Would recommend this place to couples or family with teens.

We had a wonderful vacation despite Hurricane Erin. The condo building is on a bay inlet. Great location. Wawa and CVS are within walking distance. The front door is very close to the elevator. There are two large bathrooms and bedrooms. Enough room for personal space, especially for the older kids. Would book again.

Overall, great location and good communication with host. We definitely enjoyed our stay there. Cleanliness was good overall, with exception of carpeted areas( dirty and stained) and some unclean dishes in the cabinets.

Family would stay again. Comfy beds. Kitchen supplies stocked with all needs. Great layout, valuted ceilings are a bonus. Balcony space is wonderful, relaxing, nice furniture too. Pool is fantastic open 9 to 9. Appreciate a TV in both bedrooms. A/C kept all rooms cool. Communication with Property manager was easy, and super attentive!!Cleaning group does a good job cleaning counter tops, floors, bathrooms.

Everything was so perfect and we had a wonderful stay for 9 days. We loved the nice view from the balcony and the poolarea. Very close to Foodlion and the beach - was so perfect for us. And perfect with code for the door and no keys.

If you like to be on the higher streets and don’t mind a short 7/8 minute walk to the beach this property is for you ! Host has excellent communication from booking to check out. There was an issue with the toilet upon check in and there was someone to fix it immediately. Would definitely stay again!

Check-in was easy, Anthony was speedy with replies to any questions that came up, and overall the place was comfortable and clean and honestly felt huge for a two bedroom, thanks to the vaulted ceilings. The location is prime; we love 120th street for the proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, and a short walk to the beach.As others have mentioned, the appliances are quite outdated, but they all seemed to work just fine, so that didn't matter to me.There were a few dishes that weren't so clean, but I'm not sure if that's the previous tenant's or the cleaning company's fault. Also, a place to more thoroughly clean off beach equipment and let it dry would be ideal, but this isn't in control of the owner. I only mention it because that's the only thing that would make me look elsewhere for options. But otherwise we'd 100% book here again!

This is our 4th year in a row staying at this condo. It is comfortable, great location and feels like home. The owner is super friendly and has great communication. We will certainly be renting again.

Everything within walking distance (grocery store/restaurants/beach etc.), no need to drive. View from the balcony is exquisite!

Very nice place. Want to let you know a few things. The master bath toilet often does not shut off, the shower drips and the drain is sluggish. The garbage disposal was full of watermelon rinds. I pulled them out and threw them away. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay very much.

Great rental in a prime location. Clean, comfortable, and everything was in working condition. Listing was very accurate and all amenities were as promised. While it could use some updating, please note that everything was fully functional and more than adequate for our needs.

My family has been here two years and really enjoys the unit. It's clean and spacious, and in a great location. We are already talking about booking again for next year!

5 of us, ages 12-76, stayed 5 days. Perfect location, from the closeness of the elevator and pool, to being in the vicinity of places to eat and shop, to the views from the deck. Comfortable rooms, enough space. Appliances are aging but everything worked great. We never heard a peep from anyone around us. We’ll be back.

Great location in uptown OCMD. Anthony was very easy to communicate with. The unit could use a deep clean of floor mats etc but it was generally clean for our stay. We had an amazing time and the fireworks view is unmatched from the balcony.

This is our third stay at this condo and it is a fantastic property. It has created an OC tradition for our family. The place is clean, well stocked and in the perfect neighborhood for a family with young kids. Anthony the owner communicates exceptionally well and is a pleasure to deal with.
