Beautiful Bayside Condo - Perfect Sunsets and Short Walk to Beach - 56th Street

Great location. Amazing view.

Host response is not kind. Accommodation furniture is not comfortable finally we abandoned stay here.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to almost anything you might need. The views, especially at sunset, were beautiful and we had a great time having coffee in the morning on the balcony and watching all the wildlife in the bay. Would love to stay here again!

Great location with a nice view from the patio. Cute esthetic. Comfortable queen bed in the main bedroom. Brought my own simple egg crate topper for the pull out for my friend. Would suggest doing the same if using the pullout.

This is a very nice condo. Very clean. I loved the porch with table & chairs. The sunset was magnificent. We saw rabbits right outside the porch and watched an egret in the swamp like area beyond the property. The grounds are very well kept and we liked facing away from the boardwalk. We didn’t like the bed

Amazing location and views. Great stay. Bed frame was very squeaky every time you moved, rolled over, sat down.

Stayed here for the first time last year, and very happy we booked again(and added 2 nights!). Easy check-in, very clean property, and extremely communicative host. You get a fantastic bay view(if you’re lucky like us, see a few storms roll in), and it’s only a short walk to the beach. We also loved the updated countertops in the kitchen, as well as the beach chairs/boogie board for us to use during our stay. Can’t wait to come back!

This is a great little spot for a couple or a small family. Check in was a breeze! Good restaurants are in walking distance and the sunsets over the bay are beautiful.

Beautiful view out the back door, easy in and out ,did I mention very clean quiet neighborhood, parking was great would recommend it

Had a very nice, relaxing weekend at this place. Great area, clean, comfy bed. What else can you ask for? You need to bring your own linens, including towels, but not a big deal for us. Just be aware that the checkout instructions are on the door - read them thoroughly and ensure you have time to unload dishwasher. Would stay again.

Nice condo within walking distance to Fager's Island and other bars/ restaurants!

So the location was perfect and very convenient. Loved the patio area to watch the sunsets and have an evening drink. Small walk to the beach to watch the sunrise. Having to bring my own bedding and towels was a huge inconvenience and I won't book here again for that reason.

This condo was a great place for us to enjoy the ocean and the Fall Endless Summer cruise.

A great condo for a couple to stay in. Clean and comfortable. Located in Midtown so it's close to everything on the island. Sunset views from the balcony are marvelous. Highly recommend.

A minute walk from the Fractured Prune (a delicious donut shop) and Alley oops a fun arcade mini bowling and golf simulator bar and restaurant, 5 min walk from Fagers Island restaurant which has a beautiful view and great food. Sunsets from the balcony. Cozy spot perfect for 2.

We traveled with our 101-year-old mum and were happy that the listing was extremely accurate! Very accessible, street level condo. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we did/did not think of. The sunsets were perfect and the location was just close enough to the beach. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends/family! Thank you for the perfect place for a quick weekend getaway with our Super Senior, double thumbs up!

My best friend and I impulsively booked this trip and it was everything we could have asked for. Listing is extremely accurate, and the location is perfect for beach sunrise walks and watching bay sunsets right from the patio. Condo was very clean and host made check in and check out a breeze. We will definitely be booking again!

Wonderful little unit with a Peaceful location. Host was very quick to respond to questions! Bay view makes this unit worth staying! 100 percent will rebook in the future!

This place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach is a block and half away. Plus there is a bus stop on the same block, making it easy to get to the boardwalk or anywhere on Coastal Highway.
