Beautiful Bayside Condo- Perfect Sunsets and Short Walk to Beach - 56th St.

Lovely spot for a relaxing getaway!! Beautiful sunset views and walking distance to a few places still open so late in the season!

Condo is perfect for our needs. Beautiful bayside/salt marsh views. Quiet and not crowded for our stay in October. Within walking distance of beach access and restaurants.

Condo as described, excellent! Communication with Jennifer fantastic. We had a great time! Just 2 small things for feedback: toaster needs replacing and no can opener that we found. Easy walk to beach, would stay there again! Added bonus: Dunkin donuts and Pizza restaurant right next to us! Thank you, Jennifer!

I wanted to share my feedback on the condo. It was a nice place, conveniently located just a five-minute walk from the beach.Before my arrival, I received an email noting that sheets and towels were not included. The email also provided a helpful link to rent these items, which was great.

The property was priced right and was well appointed. It had almost everything we needed. And it was close to a number of diverse restaurants within walking distance of the condo.

The place was as advertised, clean, comfortable, great location and the sunsets are gorgeous! Perfect for 2 people or a couple with 1 or 2 kids

This location is close to Bad Monkey, Fager's Island, and Seacrets. It is overlooking the bay with great sunsets from the porch. The entire place is really cozy and we had a great vacation!

Very clean condo Only drawback was no tv in the bedroom. Everything else was great for the weekend.

All the years my wife and I have beeen traveling to OC this place was by far the best we have ever experienced. The view is fantastic and the ease of access makes everything pop. First floor and open parking lot off the main strip, cant beat it. Want to return next year!

I needed a small place to stay for a brief interlude and grabbed this spot for the affordability and the view. I thought the view posted in the ad was probably too good to be true, but any view of the bay makes me happy. I was delighted to discover the view is as good, if not better than the picture in the ad! The condo is behind a row of stores (with no entrance to the stores on the side of the condo), which means your blocked from traffic sounds on the main strip without feeling isolated or distant from anything. It was also a great central location. Highly recommended!

The condo is clean and equipped with everything needed for a couple. Parking and access to the first floor condo is convenient. Beach wagon made hauling our stuff two blocks to the beach easily doable. The complex was quiet the week we were there. The AC was not quiet however, and unit is located right next to the bed so unless you are a sound sleeper it will wake you up. Bathroom is serviceable but not sure I would want to sit a child in the bathtub, it’s that old acrylic that just looks grungy. The patio is the best feature of the condo. Grab a pizza for dinner and watch the sunset from the patio- it is a beautiful view.

The host was attentive and easy to communicate with. The condo was an excellent location and the place was extremely clean and welcoming. Beautifully decorated and just perfect. Defiantly would refer others and will most certainly book again! It was the perfect beach getaway at an affordable price. Thank you.
