Beautiful Apartment in Coral Gables, renew, Great Location,

The unit was centrally located for our needs and accessible to gocery store and otger shopping nearby. The buiding snd apartment were very clean and quiet. The owner was always available to answer any questions and made our stay pleasant. Without hesitation we would stay there again.

Everything was really good in this apartment! The location is nice and in a safe environment. Check In / Out was super uncomplicated and our Host Javier was super nice, reliable and responded fast to everything we texted him! Restaurants and a Publix supermarket is nearby and can be reached within 10-15 minutes of walking. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms are big and the balcony was a very nice addition! Everything was super tidy too. Only thing that we didn't like was the parking space you have. It is located in a garage, but the space itself is very small if you have a bigger car. It fits, but you have to do a lot of work to get in there since you are driving on a ramp with metal edges that your car has to fit in. Other than that, I would absolutely recommend the apartment to everyone! Thanks again for having us! :)

What we didn't like was the parking situation. It was a tight spot and and a very noisy metal ramp. The kitchen was missing a few things - spatula and towels.

Very comfortable and very clean inside of the apartment

The place was very clean and very well laid out. Since we stayed a week, we unpacked and there was plenty of room to put belongings away.

Property was close to advertised. Just a few small items that were noticeable. The location was good, close to shopping centers and eateries...The amenities in the apartment functioned,washer and dryer good, ac good. Thank you.

Spacious and clean apartment, there is WINN-DIXIE grocery store close by. Safe neighborhood and 15 minutes walk to a very nice area with many restaurant.

We were a party of 4 adults and stayed for 4 nights. Host provided clear instructions for a self check-in and place was located in a central location, very close to the airport and shopping.

The area of this condo is sketchy at best. I didn't feel safe leaving on foot with my granddaughter during the day and definitely not at night. The night guard did not speak any english, so we had a hard time communicating. There are a lot of hoops to jump through to check in (park in visitor spot first to get to room, then move car to basement parking space after getting to room). There was only 1 room key and 1 FOB for parking and door access (should be 2). No parking pass was needed, but we didn't know that until we got to the room and found none. We had to call the owner to find this out. The beds are a bit hard but ok enough. The master shower makes serious noise at first. They have a TV with different apps, but unless you have subscriptions to them, you are very limited to what you can watch. If these things don't matter to you, then the place was decent. They do not allow children, but the owner did allow us to bring my 3 month old granddaughter.

Condo type Property has nice accommodations including secure parking, 3 tvs and kitchen. I was trying to work during the day for a week and others were quiet. There was some type of odor from the ventilation system or the condo in general. A fragrance was attempting to mask but unsuccessful. It did not bother my wife but she was not there for the time i was. A shorter stay could be fine. Hair dryer was broken and owner provided a new replacement but took a couple days. Paper products were in short supply and no soap for the dishwasher. We purchased what we needed.. Overall a good just not great experience.

It was a nice place and quite accommodating.

The apartment was just as described. We stayed for two months and were very comfortable. The host was wonderful with communications and very accommodating.
