Stayed Apr 22, 2025Great overall rental, but could have been cleaned better. The place was tidy, but not clean. Many of the high contact surface areas were grimy and the bathrooms hadn't appeared to be cleaned at all. I purchased a couple of cleaners at Walmart... problem solved. The location and amenities of the rental were great. Super convenient to travel between Dunedin, Tampa, and St. Pete. We also appreciated the courtesy beach supplies and the on site pool.

Stayed Jan 1, 2024Oscar was always very responsive and easy to contact. The property was exactly as described and we had a wonderful experience and trip. We made new friends at the wonderful pool. Conveniently located walking distance to Abe’s Restaurant and Public’s grocery store.

Stayed Jul 9, 2023Apartment was a lot larger than the pictures made it seem. Loved the open floor plan and the pool was awesome. Our only complaints were that there was no wash cloths and there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper. Other than that the property was beautiful and being so close to everything was a plus. Thank you for opening up your place.

Stayed May 27, 2023The unit we stayed in was everything we expected...No disappointments. The unit and the surroundings was clean and very well maintained. Kids loved the pool. Be sure to eat at Abe's short walking distance. only negative was i couldn't find extra pillowcases for the extra pillows. Thanks Oscar

Stayed Apr 7, 2023Overall the place was ok. It was conveniently located to a lot of attractions and had nearby shopping centers. The condo, however, could use a good thorough cleaning. There was hair in the bathrooms and kitchen, dust behind doors and on lamp shades, and rust in the tub and sink. The dishes were left dirty in the cabinets. Also the over abundance of signage was off-putting, particularly the bathroom signs directing us to not flush toilet paper, but place it in a small.trash can next to the toilet (gross!). For the most part, the place was ok. However, it would have been nice to know ahead of time about the toilet paper issues.

Stayed Feb 1, 2023This is a great location close to Phillies and Blue Jays training camps. Convenient shopping across the street and many restaurants in area.

Stayed Sep 23, 2022The day we arrived the Tropical Depression became Tropical Storm Ian and headed for Tampa so our stay was short. Condo was okay but plumbing fixtures need a lot of work and hot water was not hot.
