No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in 'Drift Away.' No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.



No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in 'Drift Away.' No exceptions will be made. Attention: Please note our age requirement policy : One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.



Please note, two (2) night reservations are subject to a lower max occupancy. A two night reservation max sleeping capacity is equal to half of the standard max occupancy restriction for the unit.

    Proximity to the beach and beach access are great! Condo is minimal. Furniture could use a good cleaning. One of the dining room chairs is broken. Part of one of the fridge doors is broken. Bedding, carpet and rugs had stains. Lots of lights were out and needed new lightbulbs. We had NO washcloths. We reported it to management and never received any. Upstairs neighbors were extremely loud until after midnight. Called the realty company emergency line around midnight and no one answered. Left a message and no one ever called back. Ended up having to call the Sheriff’s Department to file a report and get them to come make the upstairs neighbors be quiet. The sand and water on 30A rival any tropical location. We’ll be back but not to any property managed by Beachwalk Vacations. Owners need new management.

    This place was AMAZING ! They condo was a Home away from Home with its size and amenities. Access to the Beach was a breeze and having the pool directly outside the backdoor made it so easy to go to and from, it was like we had our own pool. Would definitely come back and stay !!

    This was a great condo! Nice decor, clean, on the ground level. Community Pool is right off the back porch which is private because some large bushes. Each bedroom has their own private bath which was great since we were there for a wedding and all needed to get ready. Not far from Seaside and Rosemary. A few casual but good restaurants that are walking distance. A couple days we didnt even get in the car.

    Perfectly located on 30A with easy access to the pool and property amenities. Overall, we had a good stay, but the unit itself shows a bit of wear and tear. It’s clear it has been well-used over the years. With some updates and better upkeep, it could be an amazing rental.

    The location of this condo is great! The instructions from accessing the beach could be made a little more clear, but once you figure it out it is just a short walk! Two of the blankets provided in the condo (one on the bed and one in the living room) had stains on them. We contacted the property manager and they sent someone out to clean the blankets, but they were never replaced. However, that was our only complaint.

    Great location, spacious and nice decor. Could use extra beach key, basic low cost kitchen necessities, ie salt/pepper, coffee starter kit. Beach towels, chairs would be nice considering most people fly in.

    My family and I stayed here for the July 4th holiday. It was wonderful. The condo is spacious and well-located. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The pool was right out the back door. We loved it with kids and will definitely be back!
