Beautiful and calming place at the beach

Amazing beach views and great location, close to many great restaurants and downtown Oceanside

The previous reviews were all 5 star and this condo certainly lives up to that rating. Spacious, well equipped and situated right on the best Oceanside beach which the terrace overlooks. Secure covered parking is a bonus but I am not going to say anymore because you will all want to stay there. Thank you Michelle you were the perfect host.

We were pleasantly surprised that the unit had wonderful oceanfront views (picture window from the master bedroom and patio from living room). The unit is on the strand (which is a narrow one way street with not many cars), steps from the sands, and very close to Oceanside pier. Furnishing of the kitchen is the best of all the rentals we’ve been to. Communication and responsiveness of the host and the property manager were excellent. The only improvement I would suggest is to replace the living room furniture, they look new but are old and very uncomfortable. It would also have been nice if we didn’t have to provide our own shampoo and toilet paper (2 per bathroom were provided for the whole month)

We had a wonderful time with our two dogs. You cannot beat the location, right on The Strand in Oceanside. Neighbors were friendly. Communication with the property manager was seamless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.

Great views right next to beach. Condo was very nice with all amenities. Re-plumbing entire complex caused quite a lot of noise, but owners were very nice and accommodating.

We stayed nearly 2 months over the Thanksgiving and Xmas holidays - wanting to have a place where we could stay COVID safe, as well as, perhaps, have a few visits outdoors with family. This condo was perfect! Views of the ocean, surfers, dolphins, whales - from bed each morning were great. Condo is comfortable, kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc (though I brought a lot of my own favorite appliances as we were to stay for so long, and I like to cook) There is parking for 2 vehicles. The beach is mere steps away. The contact person for any problems was immediately available and super nice. We really enjoyed our stay - and hope to be able to return. Thank You Michelle - we loved staying here.

Perfectly comfortable, every possible thing provided, wonderful beds and shower, greatest location on the beach, responsive host. The condo is roomy and the views were spectacular.

Great condo, amazing ocean views and perfect location. We really enjoyed our stay! Kitchen had everything needed and with outside bbq we ate almost every meal there. Easy walk to the fish market in the harbor, no problem with Instacart grocery deliveries. Also good restaurants and coffee in walking distance. Owner was very responsive to questions, etc. Would love to go back next year but summertime is booked. Beaches were crowded on weekends, but we were happy just watching the action from the patio (chairs/umbrella) - ate almost every meal outside. Absolutely no complaints!

We had a most enjoyable stay at this condo for 6 weeks. Everything we needed was provided. The location on the strand was perfect. Definately will return next year!

We spent a month here and could not want for anything. The property is located halfway between the pier and harbor and steps from the beach. It is clean, well maintained and fully stocked. Property is nicely decorated with newer furniture and comfortable. The view at sunset is amazing. We could sit for hours on the patio enjoying the cool breeze and people watching. Almost everything is within walking distance. There is a farmers market and street fair every Thursday with culinary delights. Just park your car, forget it and enjoy yourself!
