Entire unit recently updated with new paint, new furniture and beds and bathrooms are handicapped accessible. This unit has everything you will need for a memorable Sanibel vacation! The master bedroom has a king bed and bunk beds in the side room off the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom can be made into a king bed upon request, and a queen sleep

Stayed Jul 11, 2022We had a great trip here last week with 2 adults and 4 teens. The beach was a short walk, and the water was very warm. Lots of shells on the beach. It wasn't crowded at all. I'd avoid it at dawn and dusk, due to the noseeums, or sand fleas. I got eaten alive, while the others in our group did not react to the bites. There are beach chairs and toys in the garage, we brought our own but it's nice if you don't have the space to bring them. The condo was clean with plenty of space. Full stocked kitchen for cooking. 2 bathrooms were nice to have. The screened in balcony was great. So was the pool. There's a couple of restaurants within walking distance, other things would be a much longer walk. Probably not a problem when it's not 90+ degrees. It was a little challenging to park in the garage with our minivan, due to it's size and the angle, but it was doable. I'd love to go back, but will probably bring a smaller car. :)

Stayed Nov 23, 2021Loved having all the room; full, well stocked kitchen and dining room, good size bedrooms and bathrooms. Large lanai with lots of seating, nice rack to hang damp items. Love all the beach decor While we didn't use the beach stuff, chairs, etc., nice to have available. A few steps to the beach is a plus. Overall, satisfied with our stay.

Stayed Nov 17, 2021The property was very clean and well located to the beach. The only criticism would be the beds/mattresses. They were pretty awful. There were 6 of us so we used every bed, including the pull out couch. The mattresses were all very worn down and uncomfortable. Otherwise, the amenities were great.

Stayed Jul 15, 2021Really nice condo. Plenty of everything, including beach chairs, umbrella, etc... Slept four adults and two teens comfortably. Close to beach!

Stayed May 1, 2021Perfect family trip! Condo is very close to both the pool and beach. It was nice having a garage full of beach items. The only inconvenience was parking if you have more than one car but the gas station down the street will allow you to park there for $15 per day. Highly recommend!

Stayed Mar 11, 2021This property was amazing for my family. Very clean and spacious. The bunk room off the master room was great for my kids. Having the heated pool and ocean in close distance to the property was great. We will definitely be back to unit 405 at Sanibel Siesta.
