Beautiful, Affordable, 5th floor Ocean Front Condo Studio - Pools are open!

You could clearly see the beach. The view was beautiful! Even though we did not use the pool, it always appeared clean and was enjoyed by others.

We enjoyed having a view of the ocean from our room. We were very pleased that our stay offered a quiet place for rest and relaxation especially knowing it was spring break. Our room was beautifully decorated and clean.

Everything was as described. Good location. One of the outdoor pools is fully operational and the indoor one was too. The place was clean and stocked with the basics plus a few unexpected extras, like beach chairs, beach towels, some leftover cooking items like coffee, cooking oils, etc. which was nice so we didn’t need to buy them.

Had a great stay! Hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. Bed was comfortable and condo had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Beautiful sunrise from balcony.

Overall property should be updated. First impression of lobby area was not positive. Parking area needs improvement. No lighting in overflow area. Easy targets for breaking in vehicles. I discussed this with other tenants and they all agree on this issue.

The hosts were very welcoming and attentive. The amenities of the building we almost nonexistent. The washing machines were broken and the pools outside and inside were not in service. Still, would stay there again for the price and location

True beach view. I sat for a long time on the balcony and just enjoyed it w my coffee. Then i walked down and enjoyed it uploce to watch the sunrise. Everything you need for the beach is in the unit. Easy walk to walgreens or dollar store or grocery store. Clean unit. Great communication.

Very nice property! Neat, clean, comfortable and well appointed. Stocked with everything you might need. Gorgeous views of the Atlantic and beautiful sunrise every morning from the deck.

The unit was very well kept, upgraded, updated, and had multiple amenities such as beach chairs, umbrella, cooler. Had a beautiful view of the ocean & beach from balcony. The owners were pleasant to deal with & provided all the information so my stay was pleasant. I was advised that the pools & amenities were under construction but it didn’t interfere with my stay. I will definitely plan to come again.

The room was nicely set up, and the view—especially the sunsets and the sound of the waves—was beautiful and relaxing. However, the exterior felt more like a motel than a resort, and the no-smoking policy was not enforced, which impacted the experience. It was also disappointing to only find out at check-in that all pools were closed and had been under renovation for more than two years, despite still being listed as amenities. I feel this should have been communicated in advance. Overall, I would rate the stay 3.5 out of 5.

Run down property needs serious work done on the exterior. EMTs were hauling off a person who OD’d at another unit. Says no smoking anywhere but people were smoking.

The unit itself was perfect. Had everything you could need. We ate out and were able to walk everywhere. So it was convenient to good restaurants and shopping. If you wanted to cook you could. We enjoyed our stay. Great ocean view and very clean. The beach was not crowded. So it was a great trip.

The resort is in a great area with lots to do and places to eat nearby. The view of the ocean is fantastic, especially during sunrise. Quick access to the beach and a good clean room made for a great week for my wife and I. We would definitely stay again

We just left the property. Room was very clean and as advertised. Pools and pool deck is closed, but easy access to the beach. Owner provides chairs for the beach. We are very familiar with the area, so we know we love the restaurants and shopping. Patio was not private, but was not busy. Would stay again

We had a wonderful time here. The beach is beautiful. We was able to watch the sunrise. There is to much to list but we will be coming back. Love this place.

Loved staying here!!

we were under the impression that one of the pools were down, but it was every single pool was off-limits. they were broken, no amenities if you need to use bathroom on the first floor it was locked, you needed to use the bathroom in your unit. and if you walk out to go to the beach that door locks you out ,you have no way of getting back in. You have to walk all the way around to the front. They tell us not to park anywhere that had a sign of no parking, we did not park anywhere were they have any signs on their, next thing we know we have a tow zone sticker and left us a note on the windshield stating if we do not move the car it will get towed. Mind you we have the parking number on the windshield letting them know we are staying at the resort. No one called us no one notified us at all. We happened to go out to dinner and that’s when we seen the sign. We were unhappy the whole time and we will never book there again.

The host was EXTREMELY accommodating and prepared! They replied quickly. And had all the amenities you would need for a quick last minute beach trip. The view from the balcony was absolutely breath taking. We watch multiple thunderstorms at night haha. (Highly suggest) Parking is not ideal, but not terrible, and there was a designated area. Because of a hurricane. Amenities like the pools and hot tub are closed temporarily. I did see they were doing construction on it so hopefully when I come back it will be handled. Overall a great experience. And the host couldn’t be better.

Room was clean and tidy nice view of ocean

The unit itself was awesome. It's a great location right on the beach walking distance to where my family lives. Also walking distance to a shopping plaza, restaurants. Just amazing. The facility itself is still undergoing renovations from some of the hurricanes, but that doesn't affect the unit itself. Great communication. All in all a very pleasant stay.

It was a nice place beautiful view

We had a lovely stay at this studio condo. The condo itself was perfect for what we needed, and it was well stocked, along with great tv and internet. We were able to sit outside on the deck overlooking the ocean and beach and saw dolphins and sharks. Overall the condo was great, it was just unfortunate that the building's pools and area were still not up and running which of course is no fault of the owners and we were fully informed of this before our booking. We had great communication with the owners and would consider staying here again.

It was a very nice unit and the location was great!

The Condo and it's owners were fantastic and the location was perfect. Once again the only downside was Daytona beach resort and conference center their common areas and parking. But due to the price,the spectacular view, and the amazing owners and their incredible responsiveness I highly recommend staying here. Bert and Laureen are the best of overall very good condo owners I've dealt with at this location.

The room itself was nice and cozy. The ocean front experience was lovely.
