Beautiful 9th floor OceanView Studio Condo - Pools are open!

The host was amendable and communicative. Our stay there was flawless. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Daytona.

Parking was easy, clean room, host was professional and courteous.We would stay again.

We had an ocean/beach view from our balcony but the weather turned cooler than expected so we didn’t use the balcony as much as we wanted. Nice indoor pool and hot tubs. Location was on the north end of town near Ormand Beach so traffic was not bad. Restaurant and shopping is close. Communication with host was great, emails were answered quickly. We will definitely try this property first if we go back to Daytona Beach area again.

Working with Lauren and Bert was a put joy. Very responsive to questions. The condo was wonderful and totally as described everything worked great and was in very good condition. Had everything you needed for a day at the beach some really great beach chairs boogie boards a nice beach bag even a lot of great beach toys for your littles. We are already thinking about next spring and wi for sure book again. Highly recommended A

The hosts were prompt to communicate. The room was fine. I appreciated being on the 9th floor.Being wakened in the night with loud cars and a lot of traffic on the main street was not the best part of the location.It was also less than wondrous to be overlooking the rooftops and mechanical systems. Instead of hearing the ocean at night, we heard the constant sound of a/c units.Being just a pleasant walk to the ocean edge (sunrises) was really wonderful.

The room was very nice, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The hosts answered all my questions regarding my stay in a quick and efficient manner. All together, this makes for a very enjoyable stay.

The whole process of communicating with the host while booking, getting questions answered within an hour, etc... What my husband and I really appreciated was our flight arrived much earlier than the check in time, luckily enough after informing the Host of our flight arrival, we were able to check into the unit a few hrs earlier. The unit was super clean, excellent view from the 9th floor. To be able to cook a simple quick meal in the kitchenette saved us some money with meals. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance to eat at, the convenience of the shopping plaza across the street to get groceries and other basic essentials if needed. Given the recent hurricanes, and repairs around the building, there were plenty of things to do locally. We truly enjoyed our stay and loved the unit. We are definitely planning on returning in August or September. Much thanks and appreciation to Bert and Laureen.

The hosts are very nice, helpful and give all the information you need about the property. The pools and hot tubs are heated and are in great shape. We had a wonderful stay here.

Room is exactly how advertised. Communication with the owners was great. We had no issues during our stay. As described, construction is ongoing, but we didn’t hear any noise from it.

Everything was perfect! Much needed rest and relaxation.

The unit was amazing, we could tell the owners took pride in maintaining a clean condo. Everything you needed was there. To be honest all we needed to pack is a toothbrush and our clothes.

Great place to stay in Daytona! Property was clean and ready to go when we arrived early. All was as described, and well appointed including Kuerig coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, utensils, etc. Enjoyed our stay!

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment! The communication from the owners was excellent, and they provided clear, helpful information that made parking and check-in a breeze. The apartment is fully equipped—no, really—it has all the comforts of home and then some. The location is perfect, with restaurants and bars nearby to suit all tastes. Highly recommend.

It was a decent place good views if you could get to them unfortunately the pool has been out for a couple of years that was the downer along with no food service location was great on the beach side it was priced right for this stay
