    I would recommend having extra roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, extra paper towel roll and dawn with sponge for kitchen. The entrance door was difficult at times to shut and loud. We vacation here every summer, otherwise enjoyed your unit.

    This is the dirtiest condo we have ever stayed in. The photos are deceiving, it is a lot smaller and tighter in person. A shotgun style property, the bedroom with the two bunk beds stays HOT. My youngest had two fans blowing on them and still baked in that room. We found trash under the furniture and a vape under my youngest's bed on the second day. The back door is VERY hard to open and takes a lot of strength and is only locked by a piece of wood lodged in the door that you have to bend over every time you place it or remove it. The washer is a tiny washer/dryer combo that doesn't work well, we ended up drying clothes hanging them over the kitchen bar. The microwave is gross. There was construction on an adjacent unit that left debris in the parking lot and we picked up a nail in one our new tires along with the loud vibrating construction in the condo waking up our kids. Two days before our departure our oldest, age 17, was alone in the unit in the shower and was frightened by someone knocking on the door and they barricaded themselves in the bathroom. We laughed it off but found the night we were packing to leave that someone had been in the unit either then or while we were gone and we were never notified of anyone coming. Having someone in your rented space without knowledge is very violating. There is also a next door neighbor with a barking dog that likes to scream shut the f up frequently throughout the day. 0/10 recommend on this one.

    The building is in a great location and the beach is not overloaded. The condo has plenty of space, the title floor is great as it is easy to keep clean. The unit also has a clothes washer, which is not listed in the details.

    The main reason I booked this condo was because in the written description it stated there were two king suites WITH balcony access. The second king bedroom had access to the main balcony at the front of the condo, not the same. They did refund a small amount because of that but not enough to make up for it. The condo itself needs to be deep cleaned. The baseboards and floors are gross. You have to wear shoes or your feet will turn black. The furniture hasn't been cleaned behind in years. And we had a dishwasher full of dirty dishes on our check in day. The cleaning crew is not very good. The best thing about the condo is the location, you are steps from the beach. But I would not stay here again, there are others with more space and better prices than this one.
