This was my second trip to PCB this year, and I stayed in this condo both times. This condo is in the perfect location for exploring restaurants and shopping, plus its beach front location and views from the balcony, make it a perfect place to stay and relax.

We enjoyed the beach so much! Our condo had some issues which I hope the owner has taken care of.

We really liked the condo. It was beautiful! You are directly on top of Pier Park. We had an extremely hard time getting another vehicle in and the owner was no help, but luckily Calypso helped us out themselves. If you want to use the dryer plan on using it at least two times!!! the spoons are so sharp they will cut your lips. They are obviously from the dollar store and have been ran through the garbage disposal. I believe there was one roll of toilet paper and possibly one roll of paper towels so plan on bringing what you need. I will say this, I’ve stayed in a lot of condos and it was very nice. There is a funky smell coming from the laundry room which they seem to have a dehumidifier in there that is not working because there are pans full of stale water. Security did not hassle us. I wanted to give it five stars all day long, but there are some things that need to be addressed. When it comes to kitchen supplies or amenities, you have the bare minimum there’s no ice maker, apparently no waterline to the refrigerator. I guess other than that it was extremely clean. The price was right and I would highly recommend it! Also, there is no hot tub on site!

It was a great condo and great view of the beach/ocean.

We had a great stay. Room was very nice, clean and updated. Elevators were quick. We would definitely stay here again! Everything was fine excellent!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo at Calypso Resort! The check-in process went smoothly, and the starter set of items, that we were provided, were plentiful and lasted through the week. There are simply too many positive aspects to list, but we found the condo to be clean and orderly, enjoyed the views from the living room and balcony, loved the ability to walk to Pier Park, and were happy that The Fresh Market grocery store was only a quick five-minute drive away. I highly recommend this condo, and I have already booked it again in August.

There was a problem checking in at first, but we were trying to check in a day earlier. Owner, got back with us quickly and fixed it quickly too. Other than that, it was a great experience and I highly recommend.

Loved the place. I had to call host twice to get parking pass but once I got him he was quick and friendly. It was difficult to get the parking pass to work a couple of times. This is inconvenient when on a motorcycle. Fortunately both times security was close and got me in. I’d definitely recommend

It was our annual trip. Condo was nice and it served our needs.

Nice condo, but just a few things: 1. there was stagnant nasty water under the air conditioner and it was loud. 2. The ice maker didn't work & we requested maintenance for both that never came. 3. The bedspread had a couple of stains.

We were very pleased with our condo while on vacation. I dont like heights so the 22nd floor was not ideal but my wife approved so best trip ever. The view allowed us to see alot of marine life, the bar by the pool allowed us to have a little adult time responsibly, and the washer/dryer made it more us comfortable by having dry swim cloths everyday. The kitchen was stocked with enough supplies to make it feel like home, we did bring our keurig but that was a personal preference.

Our family had a great time! Robert was one of the best owners I’ve rented from. We found a few issues within the first few days, and after letting him know, he immediately responded with the action plan on resolving it. Wound definitely rent this unit again. The location is perfect!

It was great however our property owner gave us the wrong code to the door and we could not het in contact wirh him to get it fixed for over an hour. The listing also estimated for more living capacity than what was available. Other than the check in process, the stay was great.

No complaints what so ever. The room was very neat and clean. The only small issue we had was with the door code but the host was very easy to get ahold of and quickly had the issue resolved. Would definitely recommend this unit.
