Beautiful 3 BR condo on Okaloosa Island near Destin FL

Our luxurious Emerald Isle Dreams Condo is on breathtaking Okaloosa Island at the beautiful Emerald Isle Club. The Gulf of Mexico and its beautiful turquoise waters are steps away right out front.
This beautifully decorated three bedroom, two bath condo is on the fourth floor of a building directly on the Gulf, with two balconies offering great side views of the beach and Gulf.
Okaloosa Island is a stunningly beautiful barrier island between Ft. Walton Beach and Destin that is famous for its laid-back atmosphere, pristine beaches, water sports, and awesome family attractions.
Our unit #402 is a spacious 1,700-square foot 3BR condo that was recently totally remodeled and updated, from floors to ceilings. Everything in our unit is new - appliances, beds, furnishings, linens, bath towels, dishes... everything!
The Emerald Isle Club is a great family-friendly building. Spring break and partying groups of singles are not allowed. It's quiet and relaxing and you and your kids will be safe and secure and have a ball here.
Our unit is ideal for two couples with 2-4 young children. We can comfortably handle 7-8 people. Please note that 8 people is our limit and they should not be a group of adults. Our condo is set up and geared for families and the third bedroom is most suitable for kids, not adults.
We have two balconies! Both have comfy furniture and awesome side views of the beach and the Gulf.
The main master bedroom has its own private side balcony with views of both the Gulf out front to the right and the intercoastal waterway to the left. It has a new memory foam king-size bed and private, luxurious attached bath and deluxe walk-in glass shower.
There is another king-size bed in the second master bedroom, which also has a private side balcony with a wonderful view of the gulf. The guest bedroom has direct access to the second bathroom and shower.
The third bedroom also shares access to that second bath with tub and shower and has a twin bed and a twin-over-regular bunk bed. This is a great room for kids or extra guests, though the top bunk is not meant for anyone over 100 pounds. The twin and regular beds can accommodate adults, just not the top bunk.
There's a comfortable living room with sofas and chairs.
There is also a separate family room with a queen-size sleeper sofa, love seat and chair that is great for family games, movies and relaxing. It can be closed off as a fourth bedroom for sleeping privacy if desired.
As noted above. the unit is great for a large family or two couples with small kids. It is ideal for up to eight people. Groups over 8 need prior approval to book.
Large and brand new flat screen high definition televisions (five of them) are in all the major rooms, The living room has a 55 inch Smart TV with DVD. All the TVs have cable. We have free internet wi-fi for your devices.
The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new cooking utensils, silverware, glassware, coffee maker, deluxe Ninja blender and appliances.
We have is a Pack 'n Play for babies and a small booster chair.
There are coin-operated washers and dryers in a separate laundry room down the outside hallway for your convenience.
Out front on the beach, our guests have daily beach service with two lounge chairs and an umbrella, set up for you each morning and included with your booking at no additional charge (service provided March 1 through Oct. 31). We also have boogie boards and some beach toys for fun by the water!
Watch the dolphins as they play in the beautiful emerald-colored waters. Or the sea birds as they skitter up and down the surf line. Feel your tensions and stress slip away. Rental kayaks, paddleboards and other beach toys are available right out front, too.
There is a beautiful seasonally heated swimming pool for you and your guests, right in front, just off the beach. Outdoor grills, picnic tables and a spacious deck are great for beachside picnics and socializing.
Inside #402, you’ll love morning coffee on either one of your own private balconies, listening to the waves in the afternoon, watching the stars come out at night. There are comfy chairs and tables on both balconies for lounging or outdoor dining.
There is absolutely no smoking (or vaping) inside this unit.
There are so many things to do here and in the immediate surrounding area of the Emerald Coast! Our beaches are considered to be among the very best in the world.
Play beach volleyball on sand so clean it squeaks underfoot. Laugh with the sea lions at the world's oldest, continuously operating live marine show. Land a big one from the 1,261-foot-long fishing pier five minutes away.
If you want to explore, the area abounds in fun things to do and experience.
Destin, with world-class shopping and dining, is a 10-minute drive away. There are marinas and attractions right nearby, like the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park just a mile down the beach and Destin's Harborwalk Village, where restaurants, activities, and entertainment abound.
The spectacular Gulf Islands National Seashore is a short drive to the west.
