We had issues upon arrival but the property management team was extremely responsive to our issues with the code not working on the lock. The condo itself is very spacious. It had all the cookware/glassware needed and a full size washer and dryer. Very peaceful views from the balcony. It very much needs a deep clean and the filthy carpets cleaned. We were fortunate enough to have extra linens that we laid over the entire dirty couch. The basic clean prior to our arrival could have been better as well. For the price we paid I expected a cleaner space. We found all the beds to be comfortable other than the bunk beds. The included linen package was a nice addition.

I struggle with staying in places due to not being clean, etc. This condo was quite clean compared to all of the places we have stayed. Great little community feel to the neighborhood.

Wonderful place. Just as pictured and described. It was large and had everything you needed including a very useful washer and dryer. Nice balcony view and an assigned garage parking spot were a definite plus. Two pools and bay beach were a great option especially when the ocean water was cold. Planning to return next year.

Benchmark, the property mgmt company was very responsive and helpful when we needed support with the linens. Everything went smoothly. The sofa’s had some water marks from other sitting on the sofa with wet clothes but it was not an issue. The Master bed was really firm. If you prefer a softer mattress, I would recommend a topper. We were located near the market and fountain. All in all, very satisfied and would stay here again but bring our own mattress topper... :)

My friends and I had a great time at Sunset Island. Great time at this Ocean City home! Clean, comfortable, and the best location. Had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. Highly recommend!

This property was perfect for our quick ocean getaway. Plenty of room for our family, kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The nights were spent walking the island. It was very peaceful. Definitely glad we brought the bug spray because the mosquitoes were everywhere. We couldn’t be happier with our stay here. Looking forward to future stays!!
