Beautiful 3-bedroom condo just steps from the pool and hot tub.

This is a wonderful place with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are cozy, the kitchen has everything you need, and the hosts are responsive and helpful. Also, the unit is truly steps from the pool (unlike other rentals that make similar claims). We had a lovely time and would certainly return!

My family I loved your condo. It had everything & more!!! I couldn’t believe all the pots & pans, utinsels, seasonings, food, appliances & perishables! Of course, we hardly touched yours & also left some for the next. We had 3 little ones, 3,4 & 6 months. They loved the pool coming from Mn. The neighborhood was great. We did use Urgent Care a block away for the little one just to make sure it was just a cold. We traveled up to Prescott to see friends & also visited an elder neighbor who moved to Mesa & it was 10 minutes from the condo. We met so many nice people staying at Coyote Landing while we were there. I think the 2 of you go out of your way to make people feel welcome. Thank you so much for giving us a week of relaxation. Would we come back? In a flash

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean, great access to the pool, and close to parking. We will definitely book here again on our next trip! Troy and Gail were very accommodating and very easy to talk to regarding questions we had anytime during our stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in this area!

Troy and Gayle are excellent host. Wonderful communication. Great location. Close to everything shopping, restaurants etc. Only 11 miles from Historic Gilbert which has fabulous restaurants. The property was as described and very clean. It is well appointed and has everything you will need for your stay. The pools were great and the residence owners and visitors at Coyote Landing were very friendly. Our only concern was a multigenerational family who lives upstairs. They are all extremely heavy walkers. All was quite usually by 10 except for a few nights. We would still stay here again if it’s available. Can’t beat Troy and Gayle’s hospitality.

My family stayed here with older parents, young nieces, and teens. We had an absolute blast. Bedrooms and kitchen were exactly what we needed. Outdoor balcony and pools and hot tubs made the trip perfect. Highly recommend to everyone and we WILL stay here again.

Beautiful condo and everything as described. Interactions with owners was easy and prompt. Location was given of 4 due to construction within the complex not this particular rental. Would return again with no hesitation.

The minute you open the door you know this is where you want to be. The condo is clean,tastefully decorated,spacious with comfy furniture and just plain “inviting”. You feel right at home.
