Beautiful 2nd floor beachfront condo w wrap-around balcony @ The Enclave

The owner was amazing and so accommodating . The place was beautiful and right in the beach, the condo had everything you needed. It was perfection

The owner was very good to talk with but the place is in need of some TLC it is not luxurious as the ad says , many items need to be tossed and/or fixed but we still enjoyed our family.

Great place to stay! Only issue we had during our stay was the kitchen faucet was very difficult to turn off and the master bedroom bathroom toilet seemed to be very loud & took longer than normal to finally shut off. Overall though, it was a great place to stay on the beach!!Thanks Ryan!

We had a great time! Plenty of room for our group of 11. Right on the beach and close to a lot of great places in the area. Would stay here again!

This condo has everything you will need down to extra bedding, pack in play for your little ones, and a side closet full of beach toys. The owners went above and beyond reaching out, making sure our stay was going well. The extra parking spot was a bonus, we had 3 vehicles so there were a few nights we had to park one of our cars behind Walmart just across the street (paid parking, within walking distance). The kitchen was well equipped, kid friendly dishes included. This was the first condo out of many that I was not consistently worried about the kids playing on the balcony. A few items were left behind, I messaged Ryan, items were located and being mailed. AGAIN, ABOVE & BEYOND!!! I highly recommend this unit!

Great condo, very clean , corner location has great views of beach, easy access to pool and beach, short walk!

This was our first time to stay here and we loved this place! The bathrooms and bedrooms were super roomy and the entire condo was very clean. The huge wrap around balcony was nice and spacious. The proximity to the pool and beach were wonderful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was extremely clean and was the perfect accommodation for our 3 families. The owner communicated with us in a very timely manner before and during our stay. There is a reserved owner’s parking spot the owner gave us permission to use, so we were able to park 3 cars on property. We were extremely happy about our accommodations and will add this one to our favorites list!

This property is misrepresented as being luxurious because much of the furnishings are thrift store type items rather than items purchased for a luxury condominium. In addition, there are owner items such as a computer desk stuck in a corner and a guest closet partially filled with odds and ends. I do not intend to use VRBO again to help me find a vacation property because I don't think there vetting process is careful enough.

The property was not only as described, but the owner called to check how things were doing, and was great!

It was a nice unit. It was very comfortable in this unit with the 12 people we had staying. My mom couldn’t walk the beach but enjoyed watching the kids in the pool from the balcony and drinking coffee in the morning as we watched the beach and listened to the waves. The only down side was the parking. The first night we unloaded the essentials for the night and had to park across street which was pretty expensive. Which we did go on Labor Day weekend so I understand it being crowded in parking area. I wish that it was coveyed more to us about the parking. That was the only downfall we had.

The location of this property is perfect. The beach is steps from the condo with private access. The building is across the street from restaurants, shops and grocery stores. We didn't have to drive to get basic necessities which was nice with the traffic. Condo was clean and well furnished with plenty of space for our party of 9. We did have a couple of maintenance issues but the owner was excellent with communication and worked quickly to get the situation remedied. Appliances and Kitchen items were plentiful and we had plenty of beach items available to us as part of the Condo. The balcony was the absolute best feature and we spent a lot of time outside enjoying the view. A couple of suggestions: update the bed pillows, they are just kinda flat with no support. Bed was comfortable with a soft pillow topper but the frame is bent. We had to remove the mattress and try to reconnect the frame to the support bar in the middle. (We slept in the King Room that had the bunk bed.) We also think the bed in the room with the other set of bunk beds is a full bed and not a queen. It was small. None of the small things took away from the experience. These are just observations and suggestions. This place was great. And the owner was truly wonderful to work with.

It was a good location it was close to the pool and beach. You could enjoy watching the beach and the Gulf right from the balcony. The Gulf was closed for swimming a lot of our stay, but we enjoyed the beach and cooled off in the pool. The day we left, it had finally settled down, and we spotted dolphins from our balcony. We had all the appliances we needed including ice maker . The condo had a great setup for the group, We could walk across the street for shopping and restaurants, Parking is limited but we were able to get a spot every day.
