Beautiful 2BR/2BA Gulf Front Condo in Aqua

The view and location are excellent. The host Joey answered all my questions very quickly and easy to work with. The unit itself needs some work. The bi-fold doors are falling off and don’t really work. The master shower door is warped and doesn’t stay shut. The shower itself was very old and needs cleaning. We enjoyed our stay but a little disappointed in the unit.

Beach view was amazing but no beach chair. That is the only complaint

Delightful stay at the Acqua Resort. The condo was very inviting, comfortable beds, very clean, a few signs of wear and tear, but we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Very convenient location. Host was welcoming and responsive.

We had an absolutely perfect stay! The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The views were incredible, and having all the amenities right at our fingertips—pool, beach access, fitness center, and more—made it even better.The host’s communication was outstanding from start to finish. Every question was answered quickly, check-in was seamless, and they made sure we had everything we needed for a stress-free stay.This condo exceeded all of our expectations, and we can’t wait to come back. This trip was my family’s first time to Panama City. this condo was perfect location and view. Joey was a great host providing us with upmost response to questions and suggestions of must do’s My family can’t wait to come back next year.

We have been to pcb a few times and this room has overall been the best so far. The pictures are very accurate. The condo is very clean. Smells good. Very spacious. The owner quickly responded to any questions I had. 10/10 would recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

Stayed on the 7th floor, great view! Saw dolphins in the morning. Building is a short walk to many restaurants stores.

We enjoyed our family vacation at the Aqua! We had 6 teen girls with us and the location of the condo was very convenient for them. They were able to walk to pier park for shopping, walk the pier for sunset photos, and go to many gift shops near the condo. Wal-Mart is less than 1 mile and we walked to dinner each night, restaurants were within a 15 minute walk. Joey was amazingly responsive with all questions and concerns. Our last night there we had an issue with the AC it was late night and I messaged him not really expecting a response because of the time, he responded within 15 minutes and gave us a suggestion on what we could try and we were able to get the AC issue taken care of. The condo is very roomy and accommodated our family well. I would highly recommend this unit!

Great view, plenty of space. Does need some housekeeping done. Advised owner mold on 2nd bath shower curtain, master bath shower door doesn’t stay closed. Condo needs a good dusting. Needs a can opener, keurig coffee pot, more kitchen utensils. Include 2 beach chairs would be a great selling point.

This property was clean. The online photos were accurate and the owner was responsive. Location was convenient. Eight of us stayed in 3 of the units in this building with no complaints.

Property needs a good cleaning. Mounting holes in walls, need repair and painting. Mouse poison found on balcony. Stains (blood?) found on curtains. Couches and master bed needs to be replaced (very uncomfortable).

The view was spectacular and the condo is close to Pier Park, a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. A very well maintained building and condo.

The conda was clean and well furnished. The owner would answer within minutes of me emailing him. I loved the location. It was close to all the places I like to eat at and close to pier park. I will definitely stay here again.

The property looks exactly as this listing. I enjoyed that the property was spacious. The view was amazing and my favorite part. Some of the was outdated and needs to be replaced but the spot was cool and near everything. I love the fact of the washer and dryer.

The property was exactly as listed. Communication with the owner was prompt and positive. The only “issue” I experienced was with parking. I forgot to leave the paper in my window (oops) and they gave me a warning. They also noticed the door that my car was opened and instead of contacting me by phone or email (which had to be entered to pay for parking), they just left a note on the warning to make sure my vehicle was secured in the future. Would have been easy to contact me instead of leaving it open all night. Otherwise excellent stay.

Great location, sheets were stained with what looked like old blood in 2 rooms and a hand towel as well and I washed prior to be able to use but it didn’t come out. Wonderful location and view just could use some deep cleaning and new sheets and kitchen items and a new couch, it is very small worn and uncomfortable. Our group had 13 rooms in this location’s ours was by far the least updated.

Beautiful sunset views from a clean well decorated unit. Parking was easy in the garage. Great location with tons to do near by.

With 4 weeks before Ironman Fl I found this gem. Great location, great views, and a lot of room! I was more than impressed with this place. The property is very nice and clean has a nice resort feel. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms very spacious. The kitchen was great with a lot of new appliances and clean. The living room has plenty of seating as well. Loved the nice comfortable chairs on the balcony to sit and relax. The host was very fast at responding as well. Would definitely stay again

The Locations of Aqua is A++. Literally steps to the beach. Walking distance to lots of shopping and restaurants. It is a very nice well kept building. The unit is a nice no frills unit with plenty of space. It could use a deep cleaning. A few things to note: there are no black out curtains (just blinds) in the bedrooms and the lights on that side of the building are on 24/7. Bring ear plugs as there is street noise all day and evening long (the bedrooms are on the street end of the unit). Bring your own beach chairs, the rental for 2 chairs and an umbrella is $50 per day. Beach towels would be good to bring as well. Bring all toiletries as none are provided. All in all it was a good stay and we will definitely stay at Aqua again just for the location alone.

The Carters have a beautiful and very spacious unit nestled in the heart of PCB! The condo is tastefully decorated with the best views a condo can offer. The Carters were very responsive to all our questions and ensured an extremely relaxing stay. Location is key to any beach trip and the Aqua has numerous attractions and entertainment just steps away. We always try to visit different condos on every trip we take to PCB, but we may have found the perfect one and perfect unit for future visits. This stay had it all, and we look forward to our next trip!

We enjoyed our stay

This is the first condo that I have felt that I could walk around without shoes on because it was so clean!! The only thing that I would suggest is getting a new couch and love seat and then it would be the best condo around!! We will definitely stay here again!!
