Beautiful 2 Story Penthouse @ the Heart of Seattle! with Pool and Free Parking

Helpful check in and walkthrough.

While the posting says it is accessible, the shower is in the upstairs bathroom and is not. And the specificity of the check-in was a challenge when people arrived at different times. Otherwise, location was great and beds were comfortable.

Place was beautiful and the view was also great. Hosts were very nice and let us check in an hour early which was really nice of them. An excellent place, I would rent the place again. Fantastic restaurant choices near and really close to the space needle. The stairs, leading to the upper bedroom were narrow we recommend non slip socks/slippers to avoid slipping with regular socks. Parking spots are small I dont recommend large or XL vehicles. There were a ton of rules to follow so be prepared to read and follow all their rules to avoid expensive fines. We didnt get any. Gym was tiny but still good. The pool was maybe 5ft and fun to use. Sauana was great. They have a place outside for smokers which was nice for those who smoke.

What a nice place to call home base for our short stay in Seattle. Most touristy things were within walking distance so we didn’t need to add the cost of a care rental and parking fees to our budget. We had our choice of many cultural restaurants too.The apartment was cozy and came with a well stocked kitchen. Our mattress was comfy and sheets equally as comfy. The grandson loved the swimming pool as a bonus. The booking lived up to their pictures and description.

It was in a great location. The building is very secure! We stayed 2 nights while waiting to board our cruise ship and were delighted with the accommodations. Highly recommend trying the Macrina Bakery for morning coffee and pastries.

We stayed here for 2 nights prior to a cruise. We easily walked to the tourist attractions. The place was super clean and the kids enjoyed the pool! Kitchen had everything we needed.

Location is excellent, convenient to all attractions and a number of good restaurants within a block.

The place was cute and well-situated in the middle of the neighborhood. Most of what we did was walkable from the condo. The building has some strict rules about entry and exits from the lobby and garage, but it was understandable. The host was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. Would definitely stay here again if/when we visit Seattle ahain.

Our condo was great! Beautiful view, nice, building, and in a good part of town. Tons of great restaurants, bars, and things to do nearby. We'd recommend it!

We loved staying at this property. It was close to so many things that we didn’t have to drive very much. The owner had clear communication and was easy to get ahold of.

I am from Seattle and so am a little picky about places to stay when visiting my dad who still lives downtown. This place was great and perfect for a stay with my two sons (21 and 25). They loved walking to great things in the neighborhood while I was with my dad. The gym was great as well, which was an awesome addition.If you want to stay like a local in the heart of a great part of downtown, this is the place for you.

We stayed with our 3 kids for a long weekend. Beds were comfy, place was clean, walkable to Pikes. Pool was a bit small & crowded & could have used extra towels for pool.

Property was as listed. Air conditioning worked well. Location was perfect--close to everything we wanted to see and do. Communication with host is excellent. Definitely recommend!

My family of six ranging from 12-74 appreciated the space provided while exploring Seattle before a cruise. The check in process was simple and communication was great. I was happy about how the building took security seriously. We were visiting during a heat wave in July and was able to keep the temperature comfortable with the fans and AC’s provided in the bedrooms.
