The location couldn’t have been more convenient—everything we needed was just a short walk or drive away, from the beach and boardwalk to restaurants and shops. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. One of the highlights was the pool—it was beautiful, well-maintained, and a great place for the kids to play. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

There was plenty of seating for everyone. I have never stayed bayside, always Oceanside, but this was honestly great. I was very very happy with this. It was not inconvenient to walk to the beach and everything was very close that we needed. Also...I will only book with benchmark in the future as all of my stays in ocmd have been amazing through them. Very organized. Clear expections. Amazing and CLEAN rentals which is extremely important to us.

Reviewer Comments: Fantastic location 2 bed 2 bath Condo on a little waterway in the far north of Ocean City Maryland with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Place was a little farther than we realized for the Oceans Calling festival (which is not the fault of the owner) but bus access does get you close enough that it’s walking distance to a stop. Definitely would stay here again!!!

The property was very clean and had everything we needed and more! Loved the location- great view of the canal, walking distance to north side park and the beach. Would definitely stay again!

The condo is updated and always in immaculate condition. You cannot beat the location - it is quiet, but there are so many restaurants and shops in walking distance and being next to the park is a huge win with kids. It’s always been very clean, comfortable, and has a great location near Northside Park. It is very conveniently located near many good restaurants and shopping. It is just a short walk to the beach, and the pool is very close by as well. The unit is nicely decorated, and this year we noticed many upgrades, I.e. bathroom, kitchen appliances, and deck furniture. Overall, it’s an A+.

This place is beautiful, clean, beachy, and has all you need. The view is incredible and the property was so convenient and enjoyable to swim and take walks. The location within walking distance to the park, places to eat, golf, and even the beach gave us all we could want in our beach weekend. We will be back for sure!

We had a great time, the condo is walking distance to Wawa, golf, and restaurants! So much to do in a short radius around the condo. The beds and couch were comfortable. The kitchen items were better then most of the other places were have stayed. The walk to the beach was easy and sitting on the balcony at sunset was beautiful.
