Stayed Jul 2, 2022You walk in the door hits the wall and the kitchen is as soon as you walk in, if you open the frig everyone behind you has to wait. Furniture is old and dirty. Bathrooms are small. I should have paid attention to the other reviews. The only good thing is you are on the beach but there are plenty of others places to stay. Our friends had a beautiful condo in the same building.

Stayed Jun 3, 2022Walked into the unit and saw black mold coming out of the air vents. The bathroom on the main bedroom had black on the side of the wall. Open the closet door to where the hot water heater and AC was and there was mold all in this closet. Called the managing agent and it took several calls and 2 days later to have a cleaning person clean those areas. Cleaning person told us they have told the owner of the unit they need to upgrade because of this issue. The rooms are very small we had to climb over each other to get into the beds. If you are a larger person don't book this unit. It is very tight to get in and out of the bathroom. I read a review about the dryer not working and I call to make sure it was working and it did but we found out once we got there the washer did not work. Called again and someone came out to look at it. Long story short it was not repaired before the end of our stay. I had to wash clothes in the kitchen sink and put into the dryer. Also had to buy underwear since I didn't bring enough. The furniture was dirty, there is a red chair that you can see the dirt on on. I walked barefooted from the bedroom to living room and my foot was black. There is 2 tiny tables to eat off. And NO TOASTER in the unit. Most people make breakfast in their condos. I do intend to contact the health department about this unit. No one should ever rent it until it is cleaned up.

Stayed Aug 5, 2021Our stay was a disappointment. The unit was aged and worn far beyond the impression of the pictures. What really bothered us was the check-in. I was not given an elevator access code nor was the keycode to the door correct. After several text messages including me sending a video proving I was using the correct code, was a working code given to me. What really insulted me was one of the text messages reminded me the instruction were mailed in July and the property owner had proof I read it. Are you kidding me? I'm fidgeting with a door for one hour with 2 angry adults and it's my fault? I can forgive the condo being overstated but me having to send a video proving I'm not wrong was over the top. I don't know who was on the other end of the text communication but that person has no business in the hospitality industry.

Stayed Jul 24, 2021When we arrived after a long drive, the key code for the door didn’t work. After standing outside of the door for almost an hour & being asked by VRBO if we were in the right place, the owner finally called & gave us a few options. One code finally worked. It was a decent place (not quite as clean & new as the pics). I had chosen this place for many reasons. One was the washer/dryer. As soon as we washed a set of clothes, we put them in the dryer. It was LOUD & sounded like it was going to explode. A repairman came the next day & stated that the W/D set was from the 80s and the manufacturer had been out of business for over 10 years. We didn’t have use of the dryer for the entire stay. Finding a laundromat was a major inconvenience. We had to buy our own broom & mop because the floor was filthy.
