Beautiful 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo on World Famous Siesta Key Beach

This beautiful two-bedroom, two bath condo is located just steps from the famous white sands of Siesta Key Beach. That means there are no streets to cross to access our private, gated beach. Enjoy ocean breezes while relaxing on your private lanai and enjoying fantastic sunsets. Across the street from Sea Shell are bars, restaurants, shops, a grocery store, etc., so no need to drive anywhere to eat, drink or shop. If you want to visit downtown Siesta Village, there is a free trolley systemthat runs 7 days a week from morning until 11:00 pm.

Our newly constructed private Tiki Hut on the beach, has two gas grills, an island with stools, and picnic tables to accommodate your needs. Whether you are cooking, drinking, or just having conversation with friends, it is a fantastic place to hang out and watch the sunsets. The Tiki Hutt is exclusive to Sea Shell guests with gated access. For those that like to rough it a little, we also have 2 charcoal grills on site and a newly renovated eating area adjacent with picnic tables for your use.

This newly remodeled, newly furnished and decorated condo sleeps 7 people. There is a king bed in the master suite; a queen and bunk beds with a pull-out trundle in the second bedroom. The master bedroom has a private bathroom. The other bathroom has private access from the second bedroom and access from the hallway.

Our kitchen is fully stocked with a fridge, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, blender, and a Keurig coffee maker. In addition, it is completely stocked with all the pots and pans for any type of cooking that you would like to do. It is also equipped with all the dinnerware and flatware to accommodate 8 persons. There is a breakfast bar that seats 2 persons and a dining room table for 6. Granite counter tops exist throughout the unit.

The living room consists of all leather furniture and a matching recliner, and will comfortably seat 6 adults. Travertine stone floors exist throughout the unit with throw rugs in various locations. The living room has a 75-inch, 4k Smart TV, and both bedrooms have a 55-inch flat screen Smart TV. The channel lineup that we offer is the best on the beach, with several premium channels included in our standard bundle at no additional cost. Feel free to bring your Firestick or Roku to watch your favorite streaming channels. Wi-Fi is free throughout the complex and installed on all of the TVs.

Enjoy a private covered parking space at ground level under the building for your vehicle. In addition, a storage container at this location houses beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc. for your use. If you are bringing a bicycle or renting one, we have an area for storage and power for E bikes.

The Sea Shell Condominium beachfront vacation rental complex features a large, heated pool and we provide beach towels for our guests as well as both upright and lounge chairs for the beach.
