Stayed May 1, 2025The condo was perfect for us, very clean, comfortable and cozy, exactly as described. David was very helpful with lots of information about the area. The location ist great, close to the beaches, restaurants and shopping .The community is quiet even with the renovations going on after the last hurricane, and the neighbors are friendly. We hope to come back soon.

Stayed Oct 31, 2024This was our 3rd stay at Bermuda Bay & was a little different due to the 2 very recent hurricanes David kept us updated however before & fortunately our condo was ok where others weren’t so lucky We did have a great time tho & the condo was great & had everything we needed for us to enjoy our month away from home Would definitely return ?

Stayed Dec 31, 1969During a 12 week internship I had to complete in Bradenton, I was lucky enough to stay at David and Susan's condo. It was so cozy and made me feel at home while being far from my family in Texas! I was able to bring my ESA dog with me with no difficulties which reduced my stress during my long vacation. Everyone, from the neighbors to the security staff, was incredibly helpful and sweet. I loved being able to walk with my pooch to the water and watch the sunset, or take her for a drive to the nearby state park to kayak. The days I was able to get away from work I spent in downtown St Pete and loved it. The culture is incredible and the water is beautiful! I couldn't have been luckier with my find. David and Susan are such thoughtful people and I would stay at their ready-to-use, beachy condo any day if I could.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed at Susan and David's Florida condo for a month. Can't say enough about the beautifully decorated, pristine clean condo, the wonderful Bermuda Bay grounds and the whole area of St. Petersburg. There is always something new to discover in the area from art shows to golf to dining, and the sunsets are the best we have ever experienced. Everybody was so friendly!!!! Stayed Dec 31, 1969Bermuda Bay is perfectly located - ten minutes to the waterfront in St. Petersburg (the small, artistic city), ten minutes to the main beach strip at St. Pete's Beach (miles of white sand) and ten minutes to Gulfport (for dining, art shows and fresh market). On site, there is a private beach and geo-thermal pools (always warm) as well as world-class sunsets. The condo is stylish and immaculately clean. We had the best time ever!!! Stayed Dec 31, 1969We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo is in a fantastic location. It is ten minutes from downtown St. Petes, the beaches and the funky enclave of Gulfport. It is a quiet community with friendly neighbors and great amenities. The condo itself is very clean, comfortable and has lovely character. David and Susan are extremely helpful and super to deal with. We would highly recommend renting here - we intend to come back soon!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great stay! I'll start off by saying that David and Susan were extremely helpful as this was our first time renting through VRBO. The condo was perfect, beautiful property and pool. Close to everything we wanted. The sunsets are spectacular and we could have sat and watched the birds and fish all day. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.
